Editor's note: As an industry with millions of agents and over 100,000 brokerage companies, new leaders rise to the top every day. Here we highlight executives and other notable leaders who've recently taken on roles that influence the residential real estate landscape.

Luxury real estate veteran Anne Colvin joins Christie's

Anne Colvin has joined Christie's International Real Estate as vice president of affiliate services.

In the newly created role, Colvin will manage strategy, planning and delivery of Christie's International Real Estate's services offerings, which includes technology, marketing, coaching and training. She will also work with Christie's International Real Estate, its affiliates and Christie's auction house.

Prior to joining Christie's International Real Estate, Colvin was director of partnerships for Luxury Presence, a digital marketing agency that serves top-producing brokerage firms and agents. Previously, she spent 11 years in a variety of roles, including director of operations and director of member services, at Luxury Portfolio International, a global network of luxury real estate firms.

"Right now, we are focused on delivering more services and resources than ever before, so having someone like Anne, who has deep industry relationships and experience and understands the inner workings of independent brokerages, is incredible for our affiliates and our brand," said Chris Lim, president of Christie's International Real Estate.

Troup is joined on the Board by other representatives from real estate brokerages, MLSs and Realtor associations. He also serves as the chair of the RESO Certification Analytics Subgroup.

"It is truly an honor to join the RESO Board of Directors for another term," said Troup.
