"We are thrilled to welcome Alix to our leadership team," said Tamir Poleg, Real chairman and CEO.

"She is an incredibly talented attorney who joins Real with an ideal combination of industry experience and achievements. Alix is an excellent addition to our leadership team as we continue to scale our business, instill a performance culture and achieve greater results for all of our stakeholders," Poleg said.

Shawna Hernandez, who joined Endpoint in 2020 as vice president of operations, was promoted to SVP in 2022 and will be the first person to hold the newly created COO position.

Hernandez has spent her career in the settlement industry, starting out as an escrow closer. Prior to moving to Endpoint, she oversaw operations as a founding member of a tech-enabled title and settlement startup. In her new role, she will lead Endpoint's digital closing solutions teams and help the company optimize and scale its operations.

"Over the past three years, Shawna has been instrumental in Endpoint's growth and progress toward delivering the first end-to-end digital closing platform," said Endpoint CEO Scott Martino. "Her deep settlement industry expertise complements our digital transformation culture, helping us to unlock a home closing experience that combines best-in-class processes with people and technology in a meaningful way."

He is also a founding partner of M+RE, a revenue-sharing mortgage and real estate partnership firm.

"Sam is really the key to unlocking the door to our growth strategy," said Josh Miller, Epique co-founder and CEO, adding that Rodriguez "knows all of the moving pieces."

"There is no brokerage doing what we're doing in the industry, and building the right team to support the coming sea-change our company will cause is vital to our strategy," said Miller.
