Two large Florida multiple listing services are now providing complete listing data to Nestfully, a new home search portal that launched in March.

Who's in: BeachesMLS and Miami Realtors have completed the process of adding their listing data to Nestfully, a joint venture of Bright MLS and CRMLS. The addition of the Florida MLSs means consumers can now access all South Florida listings, and agents have the potential to gain more quality leads, according to a news release.

About Nestfully: The ad-free platform is designed for consumers as the primary audience. For real estate brokers and agents, Nestfully provides an open marketplace where they can add listings and receive leads for free. Listing agents are prominently displayed on listings pages and can be contacted directly. The Florida MLSs are the latest to join, with REcolorado signing on as the first participant prior to launch.

What they're saying about it: "The partnership is another milestone in providing our members with the most up-to-date resources and tools they need to best serve the South Florida market," said BeachesMLS CEO Dionna Hall. "Our members have been eagerly anticipating a platform like this for years, and we are excited to join forces with the nation's largest MLSs to make this vision a reality for the future."
