Days before the scheduled release of its first-quarter earnings, eXp Realty has launched a new initiative aimed at fostering agent collaboration and supporting those who are newer to the industry.

The Co-Sponsor Program, which eXp announced at its global conference last month, enables agents to elect not just one, but two real estate professionals who can "help accelerate their success," according to a May 1 press release.

Co-sponsors will receive Level 1 revenue share in addition to a 50% "Fast Start Bonus," the company explained — rewards for playing "a meaningful role in supporting new agent success." Primary sponsors will continue to earn revenue share at levels 2-7.

The new program "is about honoring how real influence and support work in our industry," eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja said in the release. "Perhaps one sponsor is a marketing pro, while the other excels at operations or developing a team. That kind of collaboration doesn't just inspire, it compresses time, multiplies results, and elevates our entire community."

The program follows another set of incentives launched in November — a time eXp World Holdings Glenn Sanford described as "critical" for agents in the wake of the commissions lawsuits — which were designed to help agents maximize their revenue share potential.

Movers in global expansion, charitable giving and new construction

Also this week, the company announced a promotion and two new faces at eXp.

Felix Bravo, who oversaw eXp's launches in Peru and Turkey, has been promoted to managing director, international. His new role will involve focusing on global expansion and the formation of an "agent-first infrastructure" for every nation in which eXp operates. Bravo "is building the playbook for global scale — rooted in trust, systems, and agent success," Sanford said in a press release. "This move lets him double down on what's already working."

Feisal Ramjee has joined eXp as an agent with expertise in new construction. Based in Kirkland, Washington, Ramjee is already spearheading 30 new home sales this year and has another 30 lined up for 2026. By joining eXp, Ramjee said in a press release that he will "gain the ability to expand beyond Washington" and retain more of his earnings. "It's about building a legacy of financial security for my family," he added.

Mindy Grubb was named the new executive director of eXtend a Hand, the charity that supports eXp agents and staff members in times of need. Grubb previously worked as the vice president of development at Keller Williams' KW Cares. In her new role, which Grubb described as "deeply personal," she will lead operational and outreach efforts. "I've seen firsthand how powerful it is when a real estate community rallies around its own," she said in a press release. "eXtend a Hand is more than a foundation — it's a promise that no one in our eXp community stands alone in times of need."
