KW celebrates latest expansion in Central America

Keller Williams is continuing to broaden its services in Central America with the launch of a master franchise in El Salvador.

Claudia Campos, Regional Operating Principal, KW El Salvador

KW already operates in Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama, boasting a total of eight market centers and 622 agents in Central America as of March 31.

KW El Salvador, which is expected to open this quarter, will be led by Claudia Campos. With 35 years of experience overseeing residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in the area, Campos is slated to serve as the new location's regional operating principal.

Becoming part of the KW family has "reignited my passion" for real estate, Campos said in a press release. "With innovation, collaboration, and a drive to streamline the housing market, we're reshaping real estate in El Salvador, and the future looks brighter than ever."

For its part, KW is "committed to partnering with exceptional leaders who can champion our culture on a global scale," said KW Worldwide President William Soteroff. Campos "exemplifies the excellence and entrepreneurial spirit we seek in every market," he added.

Corcoran nabs 'highly specialized' NYC team

Corcoran has welcomed to its Manhattan office a new team with experience managing high-value listings in New York City and New Jersey.

Whitney Didier, Corcoran

Whitney Didier, who was a founding member of KW New York City before going on to work at Douglas Elliman, is bringing seven team members with her.

The group has over 15 years of industry experience, with Didier specifically having overseen multimillion-dollar transactions of both residential and commercial listings. Didier described her team as "highly specialized" with skills in "service, analytics, strategies, and fostering a community focused on growth."

Moving to Corcoran is "a strategic step forward" for her entire team and the clients they serve, she added in a press release. "We're bringing not just our portfolio but a bold vision for growth, innovation, and client service at the highest level. Since we both focus on creating impactful brands, I'm positive this partnership will produce significant results."

Colorado team reunites with RE/MAX

After a nine-year break, inMotion Group Properties is rejoining RE/MAX.

Jacqueline Solares and Jorge Chavez, RE/MAX inMotion

Jorge Chavez, who went independent with his Denver-based team in 2016, will co-lead the new RE/MAX inMotion with Jacqueline Solares. Solares, who joined inMotion in 2018, will serve as its co-broker and co-owner.

The team's 37 agents "are committed, accountable, optimistic, and lead with integrity and grit," Solares said in a press release. The decision to rejoin a national company was guided by a determination to find one that "reflected those same values," she added.

RE/MAX inMotion will continue operating in Denver aided by the tools and technology that come with the RE/MAX partnership. The team will focus on residential, commercial and luxury properties in the metro area.

"Any agent who joins our team will know that every decision we make as leaders is made with their best interest in mind," Solares said. "We foster an environment where everyone is reliable, supportive, and aligned with our shared mission."
