Real picks up 30-agent team in Texas

The Legacy Collective, a Houston-based team that closes over $100 million in sales and averages more than 500 transactions annually, has joined The Real Brokerage in Texas. The group is led by Patrick Winsey, who launched the brokerage almost 10 years ago alongside his wife, Jemila.

The firm formerly known as Legacy Living Real Estate was named Texas' top Black-owned brokerage last year by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and secured the No. 2 spot nationally, according to a company press release.

Winsey sees opportunities for growth in the alignment with Real, which he said "allows us to take everything we already do well in terms of mentorship, coaching and agent development, while providing our agents with an unmatched technology platform, healthcare offerings and stock incentives — everything they not only want but need to thrive."

Real Chairman and CEO Tamir Poleg applauded Winsey's leadership, noting that the industry pro "built a culture of empowerment that aligns perfectly with Real's vision."

"Together, we'll deliver even more value to agents and clients in the Houston metro area and beyond," Poleg said.

Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group is adding another three decades of real estate experience to its Beverly Hills office with the addition of Scott Segall, an agent whose work focuses on high-end Los Angeles neighborhoods like West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills.

Segall, who brings a background in psychology, uses his understanding of people to help him guide clients as they navigate the homebuying and selling process, according to a company press release.

"Engel & Völkers' focus on bespoke, client-first service immediately resonated with me," Segall said. That approach "mirrors how I work — personal, strategic, and always centered on helping people achieve what matters most to them."

Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group CEO Paul Benson praised Segall's consistency within the area's competitive market, dubbing the agent a "standout addition" to the Southern California office.

"His integrity, strategic mindset, and commitment to exceptional outcomes reflect exactly the kind of excellence and professionalism we value," Benson said. "We're honored to welcome him to the Beverly Hills team."

C21 adds strength in the Tar Heel state

Century 21 is expanding its footprint in northeastern North Carolina with the addition of Carolina Land and Home Realty.

Clay Revelle, Century 21 Land and Home Realty

Led by brokerage owner Clay Revelle, the international brand's newest affiliate will now do business as Century 21 Land and Home Realty.

Revelle, a North Carolina native, brings 15 years of real estate experience, the last four of which he spent leading his Hertford County-based brokerage.

In addition to Revelle and his wife Rachel, who is one of three office staff members, the team includes five agents, according to its website. Looking ahead, the brokerage intends to grow now that it is affiliated with C21, according to a company press release.

Given that some of the agents on his team are from the area, "we understand the land, the people, and the culture," Revelle said in the release, adding that C21's brand strength and marketing tools "will help elevate our position even further, allowing us to continue to provide our homegrown service, while offering us enhanced tools to streamline our efforts."
