Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Real-time offer platform Final Offer has launched in the Dallas-Fort Worth market through partnerships with several Keller Williams brokerages, including KW GO (the brand's largest franchise network).

More than 6,000 additional agents now have access to Final Offer's marketplace for both on- and pre-market listings, which provides sellers with tools such as "buy it now" pricing and flash sale launches. The platform aims to eliminate blind spots in the offer process by notifying agents and consumers when sellers add new options, as well as when offers are made and deadlines are set.

"Buyers and sellers today don't want cookie-cutter deals — they want options that fit their situation," said Smokey Garrett, co-founder and CEO of KW GO. Partnering with Final Offer, he added, gives agents a way to "stand out in the crowd, and deliver clients more ways to win."

The other brokerages partnering with Final Offer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are Keller Williams Realty Allen, Keller Williams Heritage West, Keller Williams Brazos West, Keller Williams Fort Worth, Keller Williams Johnson County and Keller Williams Legacy.

FAZZIE debuts AI-powered home search app

Maryland-based startup FAZZIE, Inc. has launched a mobile app that uses artificial intelligence and a Tinder-flavored interface to match buyers with homes that fit their preferences and budget.

As users swipe left or right on listings, the platform's algorithms refine recommendations. The app also connects buyers directly with licensed agents and provides built-in CRM tools.

"Traditional search methods often waste time and add confusion," FAZZIE CEO Pat Dornan said. "FAZZIE streamlines the process, saving buyers hours of scrolling while ensuring they see homes that truly fit their needs."

Amplifiles raising money to bring video to every listing

Finnish startup Amplifiles has secured a pre-seed funding round led by a group of angel investors in partnership with Innovestor's Angel CoFund.

The company converts real estate listing photos into high-quality videos in under five minutes, aiming to make video marketing accessible beyond the luxury segment.

CEO and Co-founder Tommi Keränen said the funding will accelerate product development for the company, which says it is already serving customers worldwide. "Our mission is to make professional-quality video accessible to real estate professionals without friction," Keränen said. "We believe every property listing should include a video."
