Stellar, BeachesMLS to share data; new photo tools at CRMLS
187,000+ active listings will now be accessible to subscribers of the two Florida MLSs. Plus, CRMLS offers Styldod’s updated image-editing tech.
Editor's note: From regional and statewide players to locals focused on a single market, multiple listings services and Realtor associations are the backbone of residential real estate. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the organizations that are shaping the future of the industry.
Major Florida MLSs to share listings access
BeachesMLS, with more than 43,000 subscribers, is the latest multiple listing service to join forces with Stellar MLS in a data share agreement announced on Oct. 14.
The move follows similar partnerships Stellar MLS has forged in recent months with State-Wide MLS and Miami Realtors, as well as a three-way data share agreement it entered in July with California Regional MLS (CRMLS) and Bright MLS.
Through this new collaboration, BeachesMLS Matrix users will gain access to Stellar MLS listings in Puerto Rico and in Florida's central, northern and southwestern regions, while Stellar MLS users will gain access to listings in the state's southern region and along its Treasure Coast. The number of active listings available to both BeachesMLS and Stellar MLS users as a result of this agreement exceeds 187,000, according to a news release.
The partnership "truly embodies that spirit" of Florida's "diverse and deeply connected" market, Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen said. "Together, we're opening the door to more listings, richer market insights, and greater opportunities for our shared customers across the state, empowering them to grow their business, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional value to buyers and sellers throughout Florida."
"At BeachesMLS, our focus has always been to empower brokers and agents through data, technology, and partnerships," BeachesMLS CEO Dionna Hall said. "Our collaboration with Stellar MLS reflects that vision perfectly."
CRMLS offers new AI-driven image-editing tools
CRMLS is doubling down on its collaboration with virtual staging platform Styldod by offering the newest version of REimagineHome AI to its users.
CRMLS, which has partnered with Styldod for years, first began offering the AI model to subscribers in 2024 and is now the first MLS to provide the updated toolset, according to a news release.
The latest iteration of REimagineHome AI enables verbal prompts in over 15 languages so that users can edit listing photos "on the fly without the need for complex staging or knowledge of virtual design programs," the release said. The tools are available to CRMLS users through their REcore dashboard, which allows for 30 generated images every month at no extra cost.
The updated version of REimagineHome AI "highlight how artificial intelligence is growing to offer greater professional support," CRMLS CEO Art Carter said. "With faster image generation, expanded functionality, and more ways to use these tools, this is just the beginning of REimagineHome AI's evolution."
