2 promotions at NextHome; MoxiWorks names new product leader

Leadership changes at NextHome

NextHome has announced two leadership promotions that the company said reflects its continued devotion to its members amid ongoing growth initiatives. Charis Moreno will now serve as NextHome's chief revenue officer, while Jim Fischetti will be the company's president of brokerage operations.

Moreno, formerly VP of sales, has been with NextHome for over a decade. She previously managed the strategic partnerships arm at Trulia and was VP of sales for Realtor.com. As chief revenue officer at NextHome, Moreno will focus on expansion opportunities and long-term value deliverables for members, according to a news release.

Fischetti, who has been with NextHome for over three years, was most recently VP of learning and development. The initiatives he oversaw as VP will now be guided by Workman Success Systems, which aided in the development of the newly launched NextHome Growth Lab.

Before joining NextHome, Fischetti led leadership and growth efforts at Keller Williams in North Carolina and served as the brokerage's regional director in Pennsylvania. His new role at NextHome "reflects the broad impact he has had across the organization, as well as his ongoing commitment to enhancing the brokerage experience throughout the NextHome network," the release said.

Both Moreno and Fischetti are stepping into "well-deserved promotions," NextHome Co-CEO Keith Robinson said. "Both of them embody the heart, vision, and leadership that make NextHome special, and we're thrilled about the future with them in these expanded roles," Robinson added.

MoxiWorks adds to its C-suite

MoxiWorks has announced that Ashley Fidler is joining the AI real estate company as its new chief product officer. Fidler's appointment follows several staffing changes at MoxiWorks over the past 12 months, including the addition of a chief marketing officer and a chief of staff last October, the appointment of a new chief financial officer in April and the creation of a chief customer officer position in July.

Fidler brings over 15 years of experience developing and scaling data-driven products with a focus on AI-powered SaaS platforms, according to a news release. She "has a unique ability to lead with innovative product thinking and strong product leadership," MoxiWorks CTO Michael Messig said, which will help her lead the company's product and AI strategies.

"What attracted me to MoxiWorks was the shared focus on using AI, machine learning and data to drive productivity and build a smarter sales funnel that helps agents do more of what works," Fidler said. "Coming from the property management space, I see huge opportunities in real estate to automate manual tasks."
