KW nabs $80M team in Wisconsin
The Elsafy Team, a seven-agent group based in Whitefish Bay, has announced its affiliation with Keller Williams. The Wisconsin team reported a sales volume of $78 million in 2024 and has already exceeded that goalpost this year with $80 million in closed sales so far.
Now backed by the Keller Williams brand, the team has "an incredible peer group that challenges us, collaborates with us, and celebrates with us," Elsafy Team Founder Essam Elsafy said in a news release.
"It's the competitive, high-trust community we've been searching for as we expand our business," he added.
The team aspires to expand its business, Essam explained, stating that they decided to align with Keller Williams because "we wanted to surround ourselves with elite market performers who push us to think bigger, execute smarter, and elevate our business to an entirely new level."
"Keller Williams is where growth accelerates, personally, professionally, and intellectually," he said.
Century 21 adds 100+ agents in Florida
Century 21 AllPoints Realty is welcoming Jones & Co. Realty, a formerly independent Florida firm with two offices and nearly 120 agents, as its newest affiliate. Jones & Co. Realty, which was founded 15 years ago by JJ Jones, will now do business as Century 21 AllPoints Realty.
Jones will remain with the company as a manager and oversee the integration of her firm with the national brand, according to a news release.
Jones' agents "are really excited about all the new tools and technology at their disposal to bring their business to the next level," she said, adding that C21's "cutting-edge systems, world-class training, and powerful networking opportunities will also elevate the service they can provide to their clients."
With the addition of Jones' firm, Century 21 AllPoints Realty now boasts 19 offices and about 675 agents. Bringing the company in as its newest affiliate "is a natural expansion from our Naples base and something we knew was important to our growth in Florida," said P.J. Louis, VP and general manager of Century 21 AllPoints Realty.
Coldwell Banker picks up 3-generation family firm
Coldwell Banker Realty has announced a new affiliation in Maryland with the addition of Charles C. Powell Realtors, a brokerage that launched a half-century ago under Charles Powell.
His daughter, Valerie Powell Brown, currently runs the company, which will now operate as The Powell Legacy Group; Powell Brown will guide its eight real estate professionals — including one of her daughters — as the team lead.
Coldwell Banker Regional Vice President Greg Goldman praised the firm's "strong reputation and record of success" in a news release, adding that the team has "held a standard of excellence in the region for decades."
Powell Brown, who personally brings over 40 years of real estate experience, said affiliating with Coldwell Banker gives her team "the opportunity to provide exciting new ways to market our listings and continue excellent customer service to our buyers" without losing their "hands-on approach."
"I have been blown away by the technology that will be available to us," Powell Brown said. "The Powell Legacy Group has the opportunity to be on the forefront of an exciting new way to do business."

The Agency is expanding its footprint in Florida with the launch of an office in Sarasota — its eighth in the state. The new location will be led by Managing Partners Katia Bailey, Steve Bailey and Isabel Pinheiro and marks "an exciting next step" for the brokerage in the Sunshine State, according to James Ramsay, EVP of the franchise division. "Sarasota's mix of shoreline charm, cultural depth, and steady buyer demand make it an ideal home for our newest office," Ramsay said in a news release.
Michael Saunders & Company is adding luxury specialist Carol Fasick to its team in St. Petersburg, Florida. Fasick, who brings nearly 25 years of industry experience, most recently served as team lead of The Dynasty Group and is bringing her colleague, Sarah Schnieders, with her in the move. President Drayton Saunders praised Fasick for being "a consummate professional" in a news release, adding that her "local expertise and powerful relationships will help us continue to lead the way in this competitive, fast-moving market."
Corcoran Atlantic now has a physical presence following the opening of its first office in Portugal's capital. The Lisbon location "offers unmatched visibility and accessibility, making it an ideal setting for Corcoran brand's first presence," the company noted in a news release. "Portugal is not just a beautiful place to live, it's a smart place to invest," Corcoran Group President and CEO Pamela Liebman said. This week, the brand also appointed a new leader for Corcoran Atlantic. Hugo Santos Ferreira, an experienced real estate leader in Portugal, is stepping into the CEO role.
Weichert Realtors has announced that David Murawinski, a real estate professional with over 22 years of industry experience, is taking on additional responsibilities as one of the company's new regional presidents. In the role, he will guide teams "with the same passion and excellence that have defined his career" as he oversees 11 offices in northern New Jersey and New York, according to Weichert's announcement on LinkedIn. "David brings leadership, discipline, and heart to everything he does," the post added.
Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Valerie Powell Brown was the granddaughter of brokerage founder Charles Powell. She is his daughter. Powell's granddaughter also works at the firm.
