Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Cribio snaps up new shareholder

RMLS Alliance (RMLS-A) has become the latest organization to sign on to Cribio, the home listings portal that Broker Public Portal launched with MLS backing earlier this year.

RMLS-A's investment in Cribio "underscores the accelerating movement of MLSs reclaiming the digital relationship between real estate professionals and consumers," according to a news release.

The move provides RMLS-A's 1,600 subscribers in Illinois — and their clients — access to the site. It also expands Cribio's coverage following similar adoptions by Canopy MLS, MIBOR, Doorify MLS and MRED.

Becoming Cribio's newest shareholder reflects RMLS-A's "commitment to providing exceptional value to our brokers, agents, and the consumers they serve," according to RMLS-A General Manager Cathy Wagner.

"This partnership enhances our subscribers' ability to compete, collaborate, and serve their clients with confidence, while helping shape a more connected and transparent real estate landscape," Wagner said.

Cribio "gives our agents and teams direct access to motivated buyers," RMLS-A Vice Chair Mike Buscher added. "We will have better control over the client experience."

Rechat adds new digital forms, e-signature tools

Rechat has announced a "significant expansion" of its transactions capabilities thanks to its new partnership with SkySlope. The move will enable agents and brokerages to access SkySlope's digital forms and e-signature tools as an add-on as they work within the Deals section of the Rechat app.

SkySlope's tech will power all form and signature requests that Rechat users initiate within the app — tasks that can be completed in seconds, according to a news release.

Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi said partnering with SkySlope allows his company "to strengthen the back end of Rechat Deals" and give users "the forms and e-signature solutions they rely on."

"By bringing Rechat and SkySlope together, we're uniting AI-powered marketing with transaction management so agents spend less time on screens and more time focused on what matters most: serving their clients," SkySlope CEO Tyler Smith said.

eXp boosts tech platform to help agents 'sell listings faster'

eXp Realty has partnered with the property data and mapping platform Land id in a move that the brokerage said will help agents "deepen property understanding, enhance market analysis, and sell listings faster."

The partnership is kicking off at eXp Land & Ranch, which will provide agents access to Land id's pro-level subscription. Through Land id, agents will gain access to a wide range of property data, including water access, topography, tax details and other information that impacts property value.

Agents can use that information to develop pricing strategies and create property flyover videos or interactive maps to use within their listings, according to a news release.

"We chose Land id because their sophisticated mapping and data intelligence platform empowers our agents to provide a deeper, more transparent analysis of any property, no matter the type," eXp Realty CMO Wendy Forsythe said, adding that the new toolset "enhances client trust and provides an undeniable competitive edge."

RELIANCEai introduces 'breakthrough' AI assistant

RELIANCEai is bringing on AI-powered digital assistant through a new partnership with AREIA Synthetics.

Known as Areia — or Autonomous Real Estate Intelligence Assistant — the new tech will "power RELIANCEai's next generation of human-centered AI experiences" across North America starting in early 2026, after which global expansion will follow, according to a news release.

After more than a year of testing, Areia can now guide homebuyers and sellers exploring RELIANCEai's websites by answering questions and recommending listings. The digital representative, who is fluent in over 70 languages and dialects so far, can also enhance the service that agents provide by simplifying communication and streamlining time-consuming operational processes.

Areia "is a breakthrough," RELIANCEai COO Nick Villanti said. "She integrates directly into the systems agents use every day, elevating productivity without adding complexity."
