Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Final Offer gains foothold in N. Texas luxury market

Final Offer is expanding its presence in North Texas through a partnership with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, extending the real-time offer platform's tools to one of the region's largest luxury brokerages, the company said in a press release.

The launch makes Final Offer's negotiation platform available to the firm's agents, buyers and sellers, providing shared visibility into price, terms and competitive activity during transactions. Russ Anderson, president and CEO of Briggs Freeman, said the platform "represents the future of real estate, one where transparency, clarity, and professionalism truly matter."

The platform is designed to reduce uncertainty by showing live offer activity, which helps participants make decisions without delays, the company said.

"Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty understands that confidence in real estate comes from information and timing," said Final Offer Co-CEO Judd Hoffman. "Their agents are trusted advisors, and Final Offer strengthens that role by giving everyone a clear view of what's happening, when it matters most."

OneKey MLS rolls out SkySlope Forms integration

OneKey MLS has launched SkySlope Forms within its Matrix platform, giving members a new digital forms solution designed to streamline transactions and reduce manual workflows, the MLS said.

The integration allows agents to complete and manage forms using single sign-on and MLS data syncing. OneKey, which serves more than 43,000 members across the New York metropolitan area, said the tools are intended to automate form filling and keep transactions within agents' existing workflows.

OneKey MLS "has always been committed to supporting agents with solutions that fit a variety of workflows and needs," said CEO Richard Haggerty.

Tyler Smith, CEO of SkySlope, added that the transaction management company's partnership with OneKey "allows us to deliver more value where it counts — in the hands of agents navigating some of the nation's toughest markets."

.RealEstate launches unified digital platform for agents

.RealEstate, an NAR-backed marketing company formerly known as Get.Realtor, has expanded its offerings with the rollout of a new digital platform aimed at helping real estate professionals build and manage their online presence in one place, according to a press release.

"We want more real estate professionals to own their digital space," said Colleen Doyle, VP of RIN and strategic initiatives at NAR.

"When we originally began our business, we were known primarily for domains," Doyle noted. "Over the last five years, we've expanded into a more complete digital branding solution, and this refresh under .RealEstate better reflects what we've become and where we're headed."

The company's new digital experience features updated website technology and an onboarding process designed to help agents and brokerages establish an online presence quickly. The platform offers more than 45 website templates, AI-powered website and SEO tools, an integrated CRM, professional email addresses and more.

HomeMatch launches buyer discovery workflow in FUB

HomeMatch, a software product agents can use to create a more personalized home search experience, has launched a new workflow integrated into Follow Up Boss that is now live at Palisade Realty. The integration aims to help agents surface buyer lifestyle insights earlier without adding new tools, the company said.

The AI-powered workflow invites buyers — through existing CRM communications — to create a HomeMatch profile, and then translates their self-expressed preferences into insights and property matches that appear directly inside Follow Up Boss. The company said the approach aligns with how Zillow-generated leads are already handled in the CRM and decreases manual discovery work and guesswork for agents.

Palisade Realty adopted the workflow to improve agent productivity and the buyer experience while keeping existing processes intact, because "agents want better conversations, not more tools," said Hedda Parashos, owner and president of Palisade Realty.

"HomeMatch automates what great agents have always done manually: sales discovery," added Mike McHenry, CEO of LandOnEarth, the company behind HomeMatch.
