A Rechat-Canva integration; PulteGroup leans into AI
Rechat and Canva create a “closed-loop” workflow for agents. Plus, PulteGroup adds AI tools; Simplify Home offers pre-listing home improvement program.
Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
Rechat integrates with Canva
Rechat has launched a strategic integration with Canva, creating a direct workflow between the popular design platform and a brokerage's unified operating system.
The integration pipes MLS-powered listing data — including high-resolution photos, property descriptions and pricing — directly from Rechat into Canva's design function. Agents can drag and drop live listing details into marketing templates without downloading or reentering information. Verified agent profiles and headshots also sync automatically, according to a news release.
Once users finish marketing projects in Canva, they can push them back into Rechat for distribution via email, social media or text with a single click, creating what the companies call a "closed-loop" workflow.
The move reduces tool-switching and manual data entry for agents and marketing teams. It also consolidates design and distribution.
"Real estate professionals need to move at the speed of the market without sacrificing quality," said Chris Hadges, head of Canva for Real Estate. Through this partnership, "we are empowering agents to turn live property data into polished, on-brand marketing materials in minutes," he added.
PulteGroup adds to AI toolbox with Sitecore
Home building company PulteGroup has chosen SitecoreAI to streamline its digital homebuying experience. The move adds to the company's existing tech toolbox, which includes virtual homebuying and AI-guided construction.
SitecoreAI is designed to unify listing content and ensure buyers see consistent, up-to-date information wherever they begin their search — whether that is through Google, social media, MLS platforms or PulteGroup's own website.
"SitecoreAI is built to help teams deliver clear, consistent answers at scale, so trust isn't lost as journeys spread across the digital world," Sitecore CEO Eric Stine said in a news release.
Company leaders said SitecoreAI will help manage large volumes of content at a national scale while maintaining brand consistency and personalization. For homebuyers, the goal is clearer, more reliable information throughout the research and decision-making process.
"This consistency will help ensure an integrated process across all digital channels, no matter where a buyer begins their journey," PulteGroup Chief Information Officer Mike Guhl said.
Simplify Home launches pre-listing program
Simplify Home is partnering with agents to launch a concierge-style pre-listing program aimed at improving buyer appeal and reducing days on market.
The Florida-based staging, design and renovation firm now offers a pre-listing consultation and subsequent improvement plan, which is delivered within 48 hours. The goal: To address deferred maintenance and presentation issues — especially in long-owned or tenant-occupied properties — before a listing goes live.
Addressing potential buyer concerns early can help avoid factors that may delay a sale later, the company noted in a news release.
"When preparation is strategic and efficient, homes tend to show better, attract more interest and move through the sales process with fewer delays," Simplify Home Founding Principal Rochelle Joslin said.
Sellers can tackle home updates themselves or enlist Simplify Home to manage the full scope of the company's recommendations, with most projects finished within one to three weeks. Services often include lighting and paint, flooring, staging, landscaping and cabinetry.
Simplify Home has also announced a new partnership with fintech platform Notable to offer a pay-at-closing option, allowing sellers to complete pre-listing improvements without upfront costs.
