The EXIT franchise's 50-plus agents will transition onto Fathom's cloud-based intelliAgent platform and its recently launched Fathom Elevate concierge plan, which offers marketing support, lead generation, transaction coordination and coaching services designed to help agents focus on revenue-generating work, according to a news release.

Long a top-performing office in EXIT's New Jersey region, Homestead Realty Professionals was previously led by Stephanie Verderose, now VP of growth at Fathom Realty.

"I am incredibly proud of what we've built at Homestead Realty Professionals, an environment where entrepreneurs are developed, supported, and empowered to achieve at the highest levels," Verderose said, adding that the move to Fathom "was made with careful consideration and a clear vision for the future."

"After evaluating Fathom's technology platform, systems, and innovation, the Homestead Realty Professionals team recognized the opportunity to expand their business through a model designed to support agent growth and productivity," said Lori Muller, who was named Fathom Realty's new president last month.

eXp launches division focused on new home construction market

eXp Realty has announced the launch of eXp New Homes, a division designed to help agents work more directly with builders and developers in the new construction market.

The initiative offers agents the training and tools they need to navigate the complexities of selling new homes in small urban developments and large master-planned communities alike, the company said.

The program includes a certification course focused on the new construction sales process, along with marketing resources, builder reporting tools and systems intended to support project staffing and sales operations, according to a news release. Agents will also have access to networking and referral opportunities with others involved in the new construction space.

"We aren't just looking for the next listing; we're looking toward the next horizon of how global communities are built and experienced," eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja said. "We are empowering our agents to move beyond the traditional resale mindset and step confidently into the role of a strategic new home sales partner."
