HAR subscribers gain enhanced access to real-time data
Real estate data company Repliers is also becoming the exclusive access point for three of HAR.com’s subscriber-only data sets.
Repliers is now the exclusive platform for on-demand delivery of MLS and proprietary data for HAR.com, the Houston Association of Realtors' MLS, the companies announced on Thursday.
The real estate data company will now license and distribute MLS data in real time through its API features, according to a news release. To enhance the platform's utility, HAR.com will also add some of its own proprietary data to Repliers' API.
What subscribers are gaining: HAR.com subscribers and vendors will gain access to real-time and on-demand MLS data through one shared platform.
Repliers is also becoming the exclusive point of access for three of HAR.com's subscriber-only data sets. These include HAR's stats on page views and leads, consumer experience ratings on agent performance, and showing activity data from ShowingSmart, HAR.com's consumer portal and showing service.
Repliers' model will provide new tools to HAR.com subscribers and vendors without disrupting those already in place within the MLS, the companies said. The partnership will also provide insights into data usage and security to enable better data monetization and reduce market activity outside the MLS.
