$160M SoCal team with 'extraordinary track record' joins Elliman
The Jackson Arnett Group has moved from Compass to Douglas Elliman, the brokerage announced this week. The luxury-focused group, which closed over $160 million in sales in 2025, will operate out of Elliman's Del Mar office in San Diego, California.
The three-agent team is led by Delorine Jackson and Ian Arnett, with Bayley Bachiero completing the trio. After building their business in San Diego for the past two decades, joining Elliman now "represents the next meaningful chapter for our team and our clients," Jackson said in a news release.
Jackson highlighted the brokerage's "unparalleled service, connectivity, and unwavering commitment to luxury excellence," adding that these factors "will allow us to deliver even greater value, while we continue our deep community work in revitalizing the village and supporting local philanthropy."
Douglas Elliman President and CEO Michael Liebowitz praised the team's "extraordinary track record, deep roots in Rancho Santa Fe and North County San Diego, and commitment to excellence."
"We are thrilled to welcome Delorine, Ian and Bayley to the Douglas Elliman family," Liebowitz said, adding that the team aligns "perfectly with our vision of empowering elite agents to deliver unmatched service in California's premier luxury markets."
Industry vet brings nearly 120-agent firm to BHGRE
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has added Connecticut-based Executive Real Estate Inc. as its newest affiliate in the Northeast. The brokerage will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Real Estate.
The firm is led by founder Amy Rio, who launched the brokerage in 2005 and has almost four decades of real estate experience. Rio's company has grown to nearly 120 affiliated agents who serve clients statewide and work in offices in Glastonbury, Old Saybrook and Enfield.
Her brokerage handles a range of property types — including luxury, new construction and commercial real estate — and has built a referral network across multiple states, according to a news release.
"Under Amy's leadership, Executive Real Estate has steadily expanded to serve a significant footprint across Connecticut and beyond by prioritizing relationships, consistency, and a high standard of care in every transaction," Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate President Ginger Wilcox said.
"Amy and her team have already proven over nearly four decades that their knowledge is invaluable and that they are more than capable of scaling without sacrificing their focus on personalized experience," Wilcox added.
Member of legacy real estate family joins eXp
eXp Realty has notched a recruiting win with the addition of Michelle Ferry-Cronin, the daughter and sister of real estate coaches Mike Ferry and Tom Ferry, respectively.
Her Cronin Team, which is also joining the brokerage after four years at Century 21, specializes in pre-foreclosure transactions, which account for about 70% of their business, according to a news release.
Ferry-Cronin leads the team alongside her husband, Ron Cronin, and business partner, Anna Vroom. The team said it sought a platform better aligned with its high-touch approach — and found at eXp a model that supports collaboration at scale. "We kind of just knew we were at home with the right people," Ferry-Cronin said.
Ferry-Cronin "brings a level of experience, precision, and heart to the business that aligns perfectly with how we see the future of real estate," eXp CEO Leo Pareja said, adding that her "focus on collaboration and her commitment to helping clients through complex situations is exactly the kind of leadership we continue to attract."
LPT Realty adds Canadian teams to fuel expansion
LPT Realty has announced the addition of two teams in Canada — The Jennifer Jones Team in York Region, Ontario, and Getty Group in Calgary, Alberta — as part of its international growth efforts.
The teams, which closed a combined $480 million in sales volume in 2025, bring more than 150 agents to the brokerage. Both groups joined independently, citing LPT's model focused on flexible compensation, marketing support and training, according to a news release.
In Ontario: The Jennifer Jones Team is led by Toronto-area agent Jennifer Jones, who is also a public speaker, coach and author. She has grown her group from three agents to more than 50 since its launch in 2014. The team has closed over $1.36 billion in sales in the past six years alone.
"I've never built my career by following the crowd. I've built it by seeing what's coming before it arrives," Jones said. "In a shifting market where deals have become more challenging, I saw LPT as a real opportunity: not just for my team, but for how we continue to grow."
In Alberta: Shawn Getty leads Getty Group, a team that has scaled rapidly since launching in 2019. After closing about $180 million in sales in 2024, the team nearly doubled that amount in 2025 with over $300 million in sales volume.
The team's move to LPT was driven by a need for stronger infrastructure to support agent growth. "Agents today are looking for more than just a brokerage; they want a platform that helps them grow," Getty said.
"When you combine the systems we've built with LPT's marketing, technology, and support, it creates a powerful environment for agents to operate at a higher level."
LPT International CEO Michael Valdes praised both teams for "building exceptional organizations" and said the brokerage is "proud to support their continued growth."

Darryl Bodle Real Estate has announced the closing of leader Darryl Bodle's 5,000th career transaction, a milestone that makes Bodle the only broker in Oregon to ever close that many sales. In a news release, the 26-year industry veteran noted that his business has developed to the point where it is 96% referral-based. "At its core, this milestone is about people," Bodle said. "Every transaction represents a relationship, a moment in someone's life, and a level of trust that we never take for granted."
Century 21 has launched a new advertising campaign aimed at returning focus to consumer values. The "Joy of Home: Chapter 2" campaign kicked off at the brand's conference this week in Las Vegas with a 30-second TV ad, which features the "iconic" gold of the brand's logo, according to VP and Head of Marketing Tori Keichinger. "Our 'legacy gold' isn't just a brand color; it's a signal. It marks the beginning of the home buying or selling journey and represents the joy our agents help deliver every day," Keichinger said, adding that the campaign "honors where we've been while showing up for today's consumer in a modern, meaningful way."
