Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
FBS launches AI connection tool for Flexmls users
FBS has introduced a new server that connects MLS data to AI tools, aiming to give its 330,000-plus users direct, secure access to real-time market data through conversational interfaces.
The Flexmls MCP Server allows MLS organizations and their subscribers to link AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to their Flexmls accounts using existing credentials, with access controlled at the MLS level. Built on the Model Context Protocol, the server enables users to query listing data, market statistics and business insights in natural language, with responses grounded in MLS datasets rather than public internet sources.
FBS said the tool also supports generation of reports and local market intelligence, positioning MLS data as a central input for AI-driven workflows.
"For subscribers, that shows up in better decisions, faster workflows, and more informed client conversations. For MLS organizations, it reinforces what they already are — the source of truth for the market," said Kim Prior, VP of product at FBS.
RealReports expands to Mid Georgia MLS
RealReports is now available to Mid Georgia MLS (MGMLS) members, a move that extends the AI-powered property intelligence platform's collaboration with First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).
The rollout gives MGMLS members access to nationwide property data, along with Aiden, RealReports' AI property advisor, and Pulse, its client engagement tool aimed at driving repeat and referral business. The move follows an earlier deployment with Gulf Coast MLS and reflects continued adoption among MLS organizations, according to a news release.
"Expanding RealReports to Mid Georgia MLS is a natural next step in our partnership," FMLS President and CEO Jeremy Crawford said. "MGMLS members will now have access to one of the most innovative platforms in the industry, delivering real-time insights that help agents better serve their clients and compete in today's market."
MGMLS CEO Suzanne Beers added that the platform "gives our members a clearer understanding of properties and equips them with tools that directly enhance how they serve clients every day."
Hive MLS unveils AI home visualization tools
The HiveMLS.com platform has integrated Roomvo technology, allowing users to modify listing images by testing design elements such as flooring and wall colors in real time.
The feature is designed to help buyers better understand a property's potential and support brokers in presenting listings more interactively, according to a news release.
All of the technology that the Wilmington, North Carolina-based Hive MLS offers and builds "is focused on strengthening the broker's role: driving more engagement, supporting their conversations with clients, and helping their listings stand out," said CEO Daniel Jones.
"Integrating our technology with the new HiveMLS.com website makes buyers' imagination a reality, allowing them to experience a space not just as it is today, but as it could be tomorrow," Roomvo CEO Pawel Rajszel added.
William Raveis chooses Cloze for unified agent platform
William Raveis Real Estate has partnered with Cloze to power the brokerage's Raveis365+ platform with AI-driven relationship management tools, aiming to streamline agent workflows and client engagement, the tech company said in a press release.
Cloze provides an integrated sales and marketing suite that brings client data, communication history and activity into a unified view, while its AI assistant, Maia, enables agents to manage tasks such as drafting emails, scheduling follow-ups and creating transactions through voice or text commands.
"AI only earns its place in an agent's day if it makes that day genuinely better — not more complicated," said Dan Foody, CEO and co-founder of Cloze. "The brokerages that will thrive are the ones that use AI to deepen relationships, not weaken them," he added, praising William Raveis as a firm that values the personal touch.
The new platform "is designed to connect, not compete, with the tools our agents rely on, along with AI built around the relationships that are at the heart of everything we do," Ryan Raveis, co-president of William Raveis, said in the announcement.
Raveis365+ launched to more than 4,500 agents, with nearly one-third adopting the system within days, according to the release.
Roomvu adds automated marketing system
Roomvu has expanded its marketing platform to automate content creation and distribution for real estate and mortgage professionals.
The system generates and distributes hyperlocal video content using MLS data, market insights and news, while creating a rolling two-week content calendar and deploying content across multiple channels. It also includes AI personalization tools and a multilingual lead response system designed to manage follow-ups via phone, SMS and email.
"Every agent knows they should be marketing consistently — the problem is they stop after two weeks," said Roomvu CEO Sam Mehrbod. "The gap was never knowledge, it's consistency. Roomvu closes that gap with a system that auto-generates content from live MLS data, personalizes it with the agent's voice and face, and deploys it across every channel whether they log in or not."
