Editor's note: As an industry with millions of agents and over 100,000 brokerage companies, new leaders rise to the top every day. Here we highlight executives and other notable leaders who've recently taken on, or stepped away from, roles that influence the residential real estate landscape.

Lone Wolf announces 3 C-suite appointments

Lone Wolf Technologies is continuing to revamp its executive team under the leadership of CEO Matt Fischer, who joined the real estate software company in February.

This week, Lone Wolf announced two new additions to its team and one promotion: Alan Matuszak was named chief technology officer, Aaron Kardell was promoted to the role of chief innovation officer, and J.R. Stricker was brought on as chief customer officer.

Lone Wolf said the executives will help guide its product, customer and platform strategy, including development of its Foundation platform and new AI capabilities planned for 2026.

Matuszak brings 25 years of engineering and technology leadership experience and most recently served as chief technology officer at Rectangle Health. Stricker joined Lone Wolf from Phoenix CX, a consulting company he founded and led, and previously served as SVP of product support at Genesys. Kardell has been with the company since 2021, when Lone Wolf acquired HomeSpotter, the real estate technology company he founded.

"Each of these leaders brings something specific that Lone Wolf needs right now," Fischer said in a news release.

"Alan has built software that financial and real estate institutions depend on, J.R. has spent his career earning the kind of customer trust we want to be known for, and Aaron has been shaping the most ambitious parts of our product roadmap since the day he joined."

United names new Philadelphia regional VP

United Real Estate has appointed David Bohm as regional vice president of United Real Estate Philadelphia, the brokerage company announced this week.

David Bohm, Regional VP | United Real Estate Philadelphia

Bohm will focus on agent recruiting, production growth and business planning as the brokerage expands in the Philadelphia market. He previously held leadership and managerial roles at national brokerages including eXp, Realty One Group and Weichert, and he has also worked in coaching and business development since entering the real estate industry in 2011.

Bohm "understands that growth is about both sales production and improving the overall success of our agents, strengthening businesses and helping professionals build durable, financially resilient careers," United Real Estate President Rick Haase said in a news release. "His leadership style aligns perfectly with our mission."

United said Bohm will work to expand agent support and coaching while promoting the company's flat-fee brokerage model in the Philadelphia region.

The move to United was spurred by the brokerage's "clarity of purpose," Bohm said. "This is a company that is truly doing things differently: giving agents the freedom to run their own businesses while surrounding them with meaningful support, technology and leadership that cares deeply about their success."
