Michael Saunders & Company adds tech pro to C-suite
Southwest Florida's leading independent brokerage has appointed Paul Rosile as chief information officer.
The 30-year technology veteran joins Michael Saunders & Company as the firm looks to upgrade its IT systems with the goals of improving efficiency, streamlining operations and data management, and giving time back to agents for the benefit of their clients. Rosile has worked across a variety of industries leading infrastructure and enterprise initiatives, according to a news release.
As the head of the brokerage's technology team, Rosile will "be adding his years of experience in the field to our skill set — particularly his comfort level with applying AI to real-world problems — as we look to evolve how we support the day-to-day needs of our agents and staff," Michael Saunders President Drayton Saunders said in the announcement.
For Rosile, the brokerage's reputation and culture were key factors in his decision to join the company. "Michael and Drayton Saunders have assembled a first-class team focused on delivering an exceptional experience, and I'm excited to be part of helping shape the company's future," Rosile said.
Coldwell Banker luxury VP departs
After nearly five years with Coldwell Banker, Michael Altneu announced last week that he was leaving the company.
The outgoing vice president of the brand's Global Luxury program said on social media that his tenure with Coldwell Banker "was one of the most rewarding chapters of my life."
"Together, we built something special. Not because of reports, events, marketing campaigns, or accolades. Because of people," Altneu wrote. "My greatest accomplishment was never a program. It was introducing one person to another and watching friendships form, businesses grow, referrals happen, and a community become a family."
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2021, Altneu held senior roles at creative agencies and served as SVP of marketing for Douglas Elliman's development marketing division, according to his LinkedIn page.
While he did not disclose his next move, Alneu said he was leaving Coldwell Banker to "begin an exciting new chapter."
NYC indie welcomes new founding partner
Boutique firm Decode Real Estate has hired Jeremy Kamm as founding partner in New York, the brokerage announced this week.
Kamm joins Decode after more than six years at Coldwell Banker Warburg, a leading NYC luxury firm, where he most recently served as director of strategic growth. During his nearly 10 years in real estate, Kamm has exceeded $100 million in sales. He is also the founder of RubriK Staging Co., which has completed upwards of 70 projects across New York City, according to a news release.
"Jeremy brings the kind of strategic thinking, professionalism, and creativity that strengthens our entire platform," Decode Real Estate Founder Danielle Nazinitsky said. "As Decode continues to grow, adding experts who can contribute at a high level across sales, marketing, and brand-building is a big part of our vision."
Kamm said the move was driven in part by his lifelong "instinct to build," noting that Decode "gives agents the opportunity to build their own business while being a part of something collaborative and forward-looking."
