Editor's note: The brokerage business is a busy one, with frequent moves, mergers and milestones. Here we highlight some of the latest activity among brokerages across the U.S.
Corcoran enters Long Island
The Corcoran Group has expanded its network with the launch of Corcoran SRG Residential, the brokerage company's first affiliate in Long Island.
Founded in 2023, the Syosset, New York-based brokerage serves Nassau and Western Suffolk counties, and has recorded more than $800 million in sales. The firm is led by Founders David Cohen, Jared Sarney and Sam Horowitz, who will continue overseeing operations under the Corcoran brand, according to a news release.
Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of The Corcoran Group, said the affiliation will strengthen the company's presence between its New York City and Hamptons markets. "Their integrated approach across brokerage and new construction makes them a natural fit for Corcoran," Liebman said.
Corcoran SRG Residential will continue operating from its current office but is also building a second location in Merrick, with additional Long Island offices planned. The company said it will tap into Corcoran's marketing, branding and support platforms as it focuses on agent growth and productivity.
ERA picks up Pennsylvania affiliate
ERA Real Estate has added Pagoda Realty, a Spring Township, Pennsylvania-based residential and commercial brokerage, to its franchise network. Founded in 2014 by Broker/Owner Craig Stringer, the firm will now operate as Pagoda Realty ERA Powered.
The brokerage serves Berks County and surrounding markets, including the Poconos, Harrisburg, York, the Maryland-Delaware border and Philadelphia suburbs. The company has nearly 50 affiliated agents and recently expanded its leadership team with the addition of Co-owner and Chief Growth Officer Todd Sell, according to a news release.
Company leaders said the affiliation is intended to support agent productivity, recruiting efforts and future growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
"Affiliating with ERA Real Estate allows us to take everything we've built locally and amplify it on a much larger scale while streamlining our operations, increasing efficiencies and letting us focus more on expanding the business," Stringer said.
"We're tremendously excited about the opportunities ahead," Stringer added, "but we're also just as excited to work with a brand that allows us to remain true to who we are."
The Agency opens ninth Texas office
The Agency has opened a new office in Fort Worth, marking its ninth location in the Lone Star State. The Agency Fort Worth will be led by Managing Partner Heather Stevens, who also oversees the company's Frisco and Rockwall offices.
The brokerage said the expansion reflects growing demand in the Fort Worth luxury market, including established neighborhoods near Texas Christian University, ranch properties and larger homesites in surrounding areas.
"People are drawn here for the land, lifestyle, and strong sense of community that still defines the city," The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky said in a news release, adding that the area "offers a unique mix of opportunity, value, and quality of life."
Fort Worth appeals to buyers seeking more space and privacy while still having access to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and the broader metroplex, Stevens said.
"The city offers an incredible blend of Western heritage, luxury living, and long-term growth potential, all while maintaining a genuine sense of authenticity," added James Ramsay, EVP of The Agency's franchise division.
HomesUSA.com founder tops $3.6 billion in annual sales
Ben Caballero, founder and CEO of HomesUSA.com, recorded $3.67 billion in home sales in 2025, according to audited Texas MLS data, marking the fourth consecutive year he has exceeded $3 billion in annual sales volume. He became the first agent to exceed $3 billion in annual home sales in 2022, according to a news release.
Caballero averaged more than 20 home sales per day last year. HomesUSA.com said he has individually sold nearly 60,000 homes totaling $26.6 billion over the past decade.
"None of this is possible without builders believing in HomesUSA.com and our new SpecDeck core technology," Caballero said. "As we expand across the United States, our mission remains the same: helping builders sell homes faster, more accurately and more efficiently."
The company attributed much of its growth to SpecDeck, a proprietary listing management and marketing platform developed for home builders. HomesUSA.com said the technology is currently used by more than 70 Texas builders and is expected to expand nationally as the company broadens its footprint.
