Texas indie aligns with KW in San Antonio
Marti Realty Group, which has topped $300M in sales volume so far this year, brings 40 agents and staff and its New Home Buddy platform to Keller Williams.
A boutique Central Texas brokerage has aligned with Keller Williams Realty as it looks to expand its residential and new construction real estate business across the state and beyond.
Marti Realty Group (MRG), founded by husband-and-wife duo Chris and Meredith Marti, has been ramping up its business in recent years, closing more than 1,000 transaction sides worth more than $300 million since the beginning of 2026 — figures that already exceed its full-year volume for 2025, Keller Williams said in a news release.
An 'entrepreneurial ecosystem': In addition to residential real estate sales, the former indie brokerage — now affiliated with KW City-View in San Antonio — has created what Keller Williams characterized as an "entrepreneurial ecosystem" consisting of MRG, New Home Buddy and Numouve.
New Home Buddy is a tech platform designed to connect builders, agents and their buyers, and it currently provides a comprehensive set of new construction listings in Texas. With the KW affiliation, the platform plans to expand nationally, the company said.
Numouve is also geared toward new home sales, and it offers consumers a range of options to facilitate their home purchase, including buy-before-you-sell, cash-offer and lease-buyout programs, according to its website.
Focused on 'the next stage of growth': "We've built an incredible business independently, but we reached a point where the next stage of growth required us to live as Gary [Keller] does — thinking big, acting bold, and succeeding through others" Meredith Marti said in the announcement.
KW's emphasis on entrepreneurship, its national scale "and a culture that supports everything we believe" were also key factors in the firm's decision to join the franchise brand, Chris Marti added.
MRG's team currently comprises 16 agents and 24 staff members.
Other recent moves at KW: The addition of MRG comes less than a month after KW entered into an agreement to acquire the Jason Mitchell Group (JMG), a 1,200-agent Arizona-based teamerage-style brokerage with national reach. The firm, which closed over $5.8 billion in sales in 2025, highlighted KW's culture and network in announcing the move, with KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki adding at the time that JMG represents "exactly the kind of entrepreneurial success KW was built to support."
Later in July, KW added four roles to its leadership team, promoting a few existing company leaders and bringing in a new face with a financial background. The changes, KW said, are part of its strategy to increase agent count and franchise productivity in support of the franchisor's broader focus on accelerating growth.
