Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
Rechat connects ChatGPT, Claude to agent workflows
Rechat has introduced a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants, including Claude and ChatGPT, to carry out agent-directed tasks within the company's platform using the agent's contacts, marketing, transactions and other business data.
The integration connects AI tools with Rechat through permission-based access. Agents can use compatible assistants to manage contacts and follow-ups, create marketing materials, update listing websites and review transaction status, with access limited to the functions authorized for each user, the company said.
The server is designed to extend Rechat's existing AI capabilities beyond its platform, which includes its own AI agent assistant, Lucy.
"Agents already have an AI assistant open all day. What's been missing is the connection to their actual business," Audie Chamberlain, Rechat's VP of strategic growth and communications, said in a news release. "Now they can ask Claude to launch a campaign or stay up to date on deals, and it happens in Rechat, with their real data and their own brand."
The MCP Server is available to developers now and works with MCP-compatible clients, while agents and brokerages can join a waitlist for access.
RealAnalytica launches 'AI workforce' for real estate professionals
RealAnalytica has unveiled Atlas Agents, which it describes as an "AI workforce" designed to help real estate agents and brokerages manage recurring business tasks.
Atlas Agents brings together workflows spanning CRM, email, MLS and tax data, marketing, recruiting, analytics, e-signature and transactions, supporting more than 30 integrations, the company said in a news release.
The system can operate continuously in the background, monitoring listings and transactions, surfacing opportunities and carrying out approved recurring or multistep workflows, while brokerages can configure processes around their own operating rules and brand standards. The product comes pre-trained on real estate-specific skills and workflows, saving agents and brokers time when assigning a task, RealAnalytica noted.
At launch, Atlas Agents includes AI tools for lead follow-up, client engagement, listing analysis, transaction management, marketing and custom workflows.
Agents maintain control of their client relationships and decisions, but the product gives them "the operating capacity of a larger team without having to hire for every function," the company said.

ClearValue Consulting has integrated Restb.ai's AI-powered Complexity Assessment into its Acuity platform, providing users with property-level insights when an appraisal is ordered. The integration uses computer vision and property intelligence to give ClearValue clients more insights up front, facilitating better quality control and consistency when assigning jobs, the companies said. It also allows appraisal management companies (AMCs) to flag assignments that may require additional expertise. "The ability to identify complex properties earlier gives lenders and AMCs another layer of objective information before an assignment is made," ClearValue CEO Don Juhl said.
PadSplit, an Airbnb-style co-living marketplace bringing together homeowners and renters, has launched HostGuard, a protection program covering property damage, evictions, general liability and occupancy-related zoning actions for shared-housing properties. HostGuard, which will be funded by a 2.25% increase in member transaction fees, applies to new members joining the platform and existing members who move to another PadSplit property, according to a news release. PadSplit Founder and CEO Atticus LeBlanc said the program "offers the risk mitigation that property owners need, encouraging them to put those empty rooms on the market and instantly creating more choice and access for people looking for more housing options."
