Realtracs expands with addition of 2 Tennessee associations

Realtracs has announced that it is adding two Tennessee Realtor associations to its ownership group, with the River Counties Association of Realtors (RCAR) and the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors (GSMAR) transitioning their MLS operations to the platform.

RCAR began using Realtracs in August and the GSMAR partnership launched on Sept. 28. The two organizations collectively represent more than 1,700 real estate professionals and are contributing 98,000 listing records to the network, according to a news release. Their addition, which the MLS said reflects "continued momentum behind the Realtracs model," brings the number of associations with ownership stakes in Realtracs to eight.

The associations will maintain their local operations while participating in Realtracs' governance and helping shape future platform development. Las Vegas Realtors introduces 2027 board of directors

Las Vegas Realtors (LVR) has announced its roster of elected officers and board members for 2027. The list follows an election held earlier this month in which LVR members voted on the leadership roles.

Shane Nguyen will serve as president of LVR in 2027. Stephanie Grant will be president-elect and is slated to follow in Nguyen's footsteps as president of the association in 2028.

Christina Chipman will be vice president, Susan Brock will be LVR's treasurer and George Kypreos will be the past president. LVR's directors in 2027 will be:
