IVRE appoints franchise development exec
Iron Valley Real Estate (IVRE) has bolstered its growth efforts with the addition of Stacy Seago as director of franchise development, the company announced this week. Seago is an industry veteran with a background in franchise leadership and broker development.
The Pennsylvania-based franchisor has been pushing into new markets in recent years, explaining in a news release that the newly created role will help the brokerage company "grow more strategically while protecting the culture, operating model and owner-focused approach that have driven the brand's success."
Seago was most recently senior director of franchise sales at Realty ONE Group and previously held franchise growth roles at The Corcoran Group and REMAX, according to her LinkedIn profile. She also spent two years at Zillow as director of broker development for ShowingTime+.
At IVRE, Seago will be tasked with expanding the company's franchise network by courting prospective franchise owners and leveraging her background in brokerage business analysis to support existing franchisee growth.
"I have built my career around helping real estate professionals turn opportunities into strong, viable businesses," Seago said. "I'm excited to join IVRE and work with brokerage owners and entrepreneurs who want to grow while maintaining the independence and control that made them successful in the first place."
Seago is IVRE's third growth-focused hire this year. George Barlow joined the firm as chief growth officer in March, and Tammie Kennedy was named franchise business consultant in February.
Cotality promotes client success leader
Kelly Robinson has been named VP of sales and client success for real estate solutions at Cotality just a year after joining the company as head of client success.
In her new role, Robinson will oversee the recently aligned sales and client success teams "to create a more connected and seamless client experience," the property data and analytics company said in a news release.
Robinson entered the real estate industry in 1990 as an agent and franchise co-owner, and she has an extensive background in MLS technology leadership. She also served as CEO of a pioneering proptech and later led a wellness company — leadership roles that "position her well to guide the organization through its next phase of growth," Cotality said.
Since joining Cotality, Robinson has broadened the scope of the client success team to serve as a strategic partner to MLS clients, according to the company.
"Our team is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and committed to earning trust every day," Robinson said.
"We've made meaningful progress in becoming more responsive, more transparent, and more aligned around delivering the experience our clients expect from Cotality," she added, noting that the team's priority moving forward "is creating a seamless client experience across the entire customer journey."
