eXp Realty has introduced two new tools to help agents with showings and workflows, the brokerage announced today at eXpcon, its annual conference being held this year in Salt Lake City.

Simplifying tour coverage: One new product, ShowGo, takes a challenge typically managed through emails and texts and moves it into a one-stop platform. The tool is designed to help agents find coverage for open houses or showings when they are unavailable, and the brokerage said nearly 1,000 eXp agents were already active on the platform prior to its official rollout.

"Agents have always found ways to help each other. That's the culture we've built," said Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty. "But 'find a way' usually meant a text thread, a favor, hoping someone had time and remembered to pay you back. We're a technology enabled company, so we built the system that should have existed already: One place to post, claim, agree and get paid. No guesswork, no chasing anyone down."

When posting a showing, the agent needing coverage can choose to offer a fee as an incentive. Covering open houses is expected to be done on a volunteer basis, eXp said, as it gives the agent an opportunity to establish relationships and potentially win leads.

Opportunities to cover agents in other situations, such as with lockboxes and inspections, are also available using ShowGo, and the listing agent sets the fee they are willing to pay, according to eXp.

The tool was built to ensure agents are working within brokerage rules and alleviate "concerns from real estate regulators about payments between agents," according to a news release, since any fees are distributed through eXp.

Integrating the AI tools agents trust: The other agent product announced at eXpcon, "MCP First, AI of Choice," gives agents the flexibility to continue using the artificial intelligence tools they prefer when accessing their database and workflows.

The MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool allows agents to plug in the AI assistant they already trust, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to access data including production numbers, leads, transactions, training progress and CRM records.

The brokerage said MCP is the first piece of AGNT OS, a much broader technology upgrade designed to better manage transactions and agent payments, which is set to be released in early 2027.

"MCP is the front door, and AGNT OS is the whole house," Pareja said. "This isn't a patch on our existing systems — it's a full modernization of how eXp runs, built agent-first from the ground up. MCP is how we prove that vision starts now."

The initial MCP platform includes the eXp agent hub; account, production and compensation information; training and coaching resources; access to specialized eXp divisions; CRM systems; and marketing and content creation through Canva, with production and performance metrics to be added soon, the company said.
