Another multiple listing service has signed up for HouseCanary's Google Listings Program, bringing its number of MLS partnerships to seven.

The agreement with Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) was announced three weeks after the AI-powered national brokerage filed for bankruptcy.

Arizona listings gaining 'maximum exposure': As a result of the deal announced Oct. 13, ARMLS brokerages that choose to participate in the program will have the option for their active listings to appear on Google when consumers use the search giant to look for a home in the MLS's coverage area.

The listing agent's name and contact methods, their brokerage's name and details about the home will appear with each listing. All listing displays will abide by ARMLS rules, according to a news release, and participation is free for the MLS's 38,000 subscribers.

"We built this program to give MLS listings maximum exposure for the brokerages and agents behind them, and ARMLS is exactly the kind of market it was designed for," HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger said in a statement. "When a buyer in Arizona searches for a home on their phone, they should see the listing from participating brokers as the MLS has it, along with the broker and agent who represent it."

ARMLS is seventh to sign on: Arizona's largest MLS joins a handful of others that previously signed up for HouseCanary's Google Listings Program. California Regional MLS, My State MLS and San Diego MLS were first to sign on, with Bright MLS, Permian Basin MLS and REcolorado joining later.

Google briefly experimented with displaying home listings on mobile search results in late 2025 before relaunching a pilot program in eight major markets this spring. In June, HouseCanary and Google announced that their partnership was solidifying as they expanded the program nationwide.

HouseCanary 'still building' amid Chapter 11: HouseCanary announced its data agreement with ARMLS just three weeks after voluntarily filing for Chapter 11 in Bankruptcy Court for the District Court of New Jersey. The court granted the brokerage's initial request for relief, allowing it to continue operating as it normally would amid the proceedings. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 12.

In the meantime, HouseCanary is "still building," Rediger wrote in an Oct. 6 blog post. The CEO said he knew the company was facing financial challenges when he took the reins earlier this year. But the strides HouseCanary has made over the past several months give him confidence that the company "will emerge stronger and poised for significant growth in 2027."

"My confidence rests on things that are already true: our leading platform, our strong team, our large partners, and the detailed plan and financing we are putting in place, subject to court approval," Rediger wrote. He vowed to share updates as HouseCanary navigates Chapter 11 and said that, for now, "we're doing what we've always done. We're building."
