Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
Agent Image brings conversational AI to agent websites
Agent Image today introduced SiteAI, a new platform that the company said will enable consumers to get answers to their questions as they explore an agent's website in search of their next home.
A home shopper navigating a real estate professional's site will be able to use the conversational AI tool to ask questions about that agent's listings, the neighborhoods they work in and how that real estate pro conducts their business. They will be encouraged to ask these questions via conversational prompts, which will respond to their queries and help guide them through their exploration of the site.
"Instead of replying in a chat window, SiteAI lays out each answer as a magazine-style page in the agent's brand, composed on the spot for the question asked," according to a news release. The tool includes guardrails for fair housing laws, the company said, "and visitors can reach the agent at any point."
The goal of the tool is to solve the "lead quality problem" that many agents face, according to Agent Image President and Managing Partner Jon Krabbe.
"SiteAI is designed to turn website visits into conversations that are already warm before you dial," Krabbe added.
Delta Media Group overhauls website
Delta Media Group has launched a redesigned corporate website that consolidates information about its real estate technology, AI capabilities, pricing and brokerage clients into a single resource.
The site features the company's DeltaNET 7 platform; a portfolio of custom websites for brokerages, teams and agents; product details; customer success stories; Delta's AI tools; and educational materials, according to a news release.
A new section allows visitors to compare two pricing models, review account levels and estimate costs based on the size and tech needs of their organization. The launch is aimed at giving brokerages and agents a consolidated resource to evaluate Delta's technology and pricing, while providing journalists and industry researchers with company information, the firm said.
The new website provides "a much more complete picture of who we are today — and lays the path for the full integration of AI in everything we do," Director of Business Operations and Digital Marketing Aaron Geh said.
NTREIS to use reData Export for controlled data access
North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) announced that it has entered into an agreement to implement Export by Real Estate Data Technologies (reData).
reData Export was founded in early 2025 by UtahRealEstate.com. It enables MLS organizations to set data parameters for external users, allowing them to provide large datasets for research while maintaining controls intended to protect data confidentiality and integrity, according to a news release.
NTREIS CEO Chris Carrillo said the software will enable the MLS "to better serve public agencies, universities, and research groups."
"reData Export provides the tools we need to protect our real estate data while offering customizable data parameters and enabling licensees to access large datasets for research projects and other statistical endeavors," Carrillo added.
"The MLS is the best source of accurate real estate data throughout the country," UtahRealEstate.com and reData CEO Brad Bjelke said. "reData Export brings efficiency and simplicity to data distribution, and we believe we have a product that meets the needs of so many MLSs across the country."
