RealScout to bring ‘more eyes, sooner’ to eXp Coming Soons
An integration set to launch later this year will bring eXp Realty’s pre-market listings to the agent-client relationship platform.
A new partnership is poised to bring more eyes to eXp Realty's "Coming Soon" listings.
The cloud-based brokerage and RealScout announced on Tuesday that eXp's "Coming Soon" listings will be brought to the digital client relationship and lead follow-up platform later this year. An exact date for the launch has yet to be announced.
Pre-market listings in more places: In the spring, eXp Realty began allowing agents to syndicate "Coming Soon" listings via Zenlist to Realtor.com, Homes.com and ComeHome.com. At the time, the brokerage made clear that its partnerships with those portals were not exclusive and said it was open to making syndication agreements with others "on equal terms."
Now, Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp and parent company AGNT, said bringing "Coming Soon" listings to RealScout puts listings "right inside the conversation between agents and their clients."
"More eyes, sooner, means more fair outcomes for our sellers," Pareja said in a statement.
The new integration also brings these listings one step closer to the client-agent relationship by integrating them into "an agent-led home search and collaboration environment," according to a news release.
More market simplicity: As more property marketing options become available across all stages of a listing's lifetime, RealScout sees its job as closing the gap between different marketing channels, according to Co-founder and CEO Andrew Flachner.
"Every new source we connect should make the search simpler for agents and their clients," Flachner said in a statement. "Bringing eXp's 'Coming Soon' listings into RealScout is another step in that direction."
Building momentum in the pre-marketing space: RealScout's partnership with eXp follows another the company recently forged with Zillow to integrate Zillow Preview listings into its platform. Agents whose brokerages have joined Zillow Preview will have access to any Preview listing within RealScout during the entirety of that listing's pre-marketing period.
Zillow launched Preview in March 2026, just weeks after Compass set off a portal pre-marketing blitz with its exclusive partnership with Rocket and Redfin.
