Adopt to Adapt
The job of a real estate agent has always required flexibility, but the pandemic forced a new, abrupt set of changes — many of which are here to stay.
39% of agents and brokers adjusted their marketing strategy during the pandemic, primarily incorporating new tech tools.
About 1 in 5 agents and brokers say that the adoption of hybrid meetings has increased attendance and expanded the diversity and involvement of those who attend.
Two-thirds of agents and brokers made adjustments to their office space, such as adding virtual meeting technology and reducing in-person meetings and trainings. The number was even higher for associations, with 72% reporting such adjustments.
More than half of association staff reported that their association has adopted virtual voting at governance meetings.
