Organized Real Estate in 2022
T3 Sixty's Organized Real Estate report for 2022 presents the organizations that serve as the infrastructure for the residential real estate brokerage industry. The report ranks the nation's 536 MLS organizations, 1,057 local real estate associations and 51 state real estate associations (including the District of Columbia). MLS and local associations are broken down by regions, with the top 20 ranked in each of four regions: Northeast, West, Midwest and South.
All four of the regional MLS leaders were in the top 10 nationally.
California Regional MLS (CRMLS), based in San Dimas, California, was the largest MLS in both the Western region and the nation with 109,867 members.
With 103,224 members, Bright MLS, based in Rockville, Maryland, took the top spot in the Southern region and second in the national rankings.
Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), located in Lisle, Illinois, led the MLS rankings in the Midwest region with 47,414 members and took the eighth spot in the national rankings.
In the Northeast region, OneKey MLS, based in West Babylon, New York, topped the rankings with 46,235 members and was ninth in the national rankings.
