Highlights

  • 97% of homebuyers from all generations use the internet in their home search.

  • 76% of homebuyers use a mobile device or tablet in their search.

  • More than 80% of real estate firms use or encourage the use of tech tools such as e-signature, comparative market analysis, and electronic contracts and forms.

  • 95% of NAR members use social media apps daily.

  • 41% of residential real estate firms say that keeping up with technology is a challenge.
