T3 Sixty analyzes the residential real estate brokerage industry's largest enterprises, franchise brands and franchisees. The 2022 report ranks the top 20 entities in each category by annual sales volume, annual transaction sides and agent count.

Highlights

On the top 20 list of residential real estate enterprises ranked by annual sales volume, Realogy Holdings Corp. (rebranded as Anywhere Real Estate in June 2022) has a substantial lead at $737.58 billion.
For franchise brands by 2022 annual sales volume, Keller Williams Realty ranks first with $500.1 billion, a lead of more than $150 billion over its nearest competitor.
RE/MAX Gold, representing Gold Nation, leads the franchisee top 20 with $16.8 billion in annual sales volume.
The report also lists all publicly traded companies that provide residential real estate brokerage, technology and alternative finance services.
