Keller Williams agents will soon have a new marketing tool at their disposal. The company announced today that it has partnered with Canva, a leading design platform, to help agents uplevel their marketing game.

The enterprise-level agreement marks the global software company's expansion into the massive residential real estate market, adding to its already robust base of more than 220 million monthly users, according to the Canva website

DIY design for agents: The partnership, first revealed to core franchise leaders in May, gives Keller Williams agents free access to Canva's suite of user-friendly design and marketing options. Those include templates for use with social media, flyers or yard signs; AI-powered image editing software; and an integrated Keller Williams "brand kit," among other features.

KW is also looking to incorporate Canva into its Command CRM system — which the company has been augmenting with other new features, such as generative AI — at some point in the future, according to a news release.

What KW had to say: "By bringing the power of Canva directly to our affiliated agents, at no additional cost, we're unlocking the ability to create standout marketing faster and easier," KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said in the announcement.

"It is another milestone in our commitment to equipping entrepreneurs with best-in-class tools to build their brand and grow their business," Czarnecki added.

Part of a larger strategy: The brokerage company has long promoted its technology as a core benefit to agents. Former CEO Mark Willis emphasized last year that "an agent needs to be fully tech-enabled," and for KW, he said, "owning that technology gives us a strategic advantage."

After Czarnecki took over as president and CEO in March, he told Real Estate News that "honing our technology platform" was one of several key pillars of the company's growth strategy in 2025 and beyond.

Agents are expected to get access to Canva later this year.
