Rechat celebrates 10 years in business with new AI tools
Rechat, an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals, announced that it has achieved 100% year-over-year revenue growth and expanded its customer base by 220%. The company has also grown its team by over 40%, with more than 75 people working in 18 countries.
The milestones come as the company commemorates 10 years in business. The platform now serves over 16,000 users and boasts advanced tech tools like Lucy, an AI assistant that can write listing descriptions and more.
Rechat has also enhanced its Agent Impersonation Mode to boost agent productivity and rolled out Digital Ads, which enables agents to create ad campaigns using converted listing materials.
"Since joining Rechat, I'm amazed by the talent on the team and on our member's teams. There's a reason SERHANT and Douglas Elliman continue to renew multi-year agreements," Rechat Head of Strategic Growth and Communications Audie Chamberlain said in a news release.
"This year marks 10 years of Rechat's commitment to software innovation and unparalleled customer service," added Chamberlain, who joined Rechat's leadership team last month.
Lone Wolf integrates with Follow Up Boss
Proptech giant Lone Wolf Technologies has a new partnership with the popular Follow Up Boss agent CRM, the companies announced this week. This integration streamlines agent workflows by syncing Follow Up Boss with Lone Wolf Foundation, a move that Lone Wolf said will enhance marketing, transaction and accounting processes.
Lone Wolf's productivity tools, which include Boost, Cloud CMA, Transact and Back Office, are now available to Follow Up Boss users. This enables them to manage the entire client lifecycle by seamlessly sharing important client and business data between the two platforms.
"Integrations are a key part of Follow Up Boss's user experience," Follow Up Boss Co-Founder Dan Corkill said in a news release. "We're always looking for ways to enhance our user experience and this partnership will help our mutual customers boost their efficiency and enable them to leverage additional solutions all in the same platform they're working in every day."
New AI-driven home search launches
A new AI-driven home search platform, brokerdata.com, seeks to revolutionize the way homebuyers search for properties. WAV Group announced the site's launch earlier this month.
Developed in about nine months by Broker Public Portal leader Dan Troup and his small team, the platform offers real-time voice-enabled search results that adjust instantly as criteria change. The site was built in collaboration with MLSs and brokerages and aims to keep agents in control of their data and client relationships.
"We can build a search experience that's not just good: it's fun to use. It's fast. And it's ours," Troup said in a WAV Group's June 16 announcement. Currently live in Chicago, Indianapolis and Charlotte, the new home search platform is set to expand with deeper integrations and more features in the near future.
MLS United teams up with CubiCasa
MLS United has joined forces with CubiCasa to offer subscribers free access to digital floor plans created using the app's mobile scanning technology.
CubiCasa allows users to generate professional-grade floor plans with room dimensions from a quick 5-minute scan using just a smartphone or tablet. This ability to quickly produce floor plans — a service highly requested by buyers — is available for free to MLS United subscribers for properties up to 5,000 square feet.
MLS United members will also receive a 25% discount on premium CubiCasa features, including appraisal-grade reports and 3D products. Live webinars will also be available to members to introduce them to the app.
