Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

BoldTrail unveils AI home search and lead-reactivation tool

BoldTrail, Inside Real Estate's unified platform that includes kvCORE and other digital products, announced the launch of HomeSearch AI this week.

The new natural language search engine leverages MLS data and computer vision to let "clients search exactly like they talk," according to a news release. Its development was facilitated by IRE's recent acquisition of ListAssist, a startup offering AI-enhanced search as well as image and data automation and optimization.

In addition to its search capabilities, HomeSearch AI is intended to boost customer engagement through "smart alerts and automated lead reactivation features," the company said.

The tool is "the culmination of the most powerful search innovations across our ecosystem," said Inside Real Estate CEO Joe Skousen. "It's smarter, faster, and purpose-built to help agents and clients connect in ways the market has never seen before."

HomeSearch AI isn't the company's first foray into artificial intelligence. In late 2023, IRE introduced Smart Assistant, a generative AI tool powered by ChatGPT. The tool was designed to streamline agent tasks by creating personalized text messages, emails and call scripts.

Lone Wolf gives agents an upgrade

Proptech giant Lone Wolf Technologies has unveiled Foundation Dashboard, a personalized agent homepage that provides a unified view of key business data including pipeline activity, commission estimates and goal progress, the company said in an Aug. 21 news release.

The dashboard complements Lone Wolf's Foundation product, a cloud-based end-to-end platform for agents, by pulling together data sources and allowing users to customize their homepage with drag-and-drop widgets.

"Foundation Dashboard is a dynamic, personalized view for real estate agents, providing them with the tailored clarity and insights they need to thrive in today's competitive market," said Jimmy Kelly, CEO of Lone Wolf. "By eliminating the fragmentation of multiple tools, we're empowering agents to focus on what matters most — serving their clients and growing their business."

The company also teased other offerings coming out later in 2025, including predictive AI capabilities and a broker dashboard.

Rayse inks deal with Florida's largest MLS

Rayse, a technology company offering tools to help agents demonstrate their value throughout the transaction process, is on a roll.

On the heels of partnerships with California Regional MLS and Colorado-based IRES MLS, Rayse has secured a new deal with Stellar MLS, the third-largest MLS in the U.S. Stellar first introduced the platform to its broker subscribers in March and has now rolled it out to all agent customers at no cost.

The Rayse platform "helps agents showcase their value clearly, confidently, and consistently" by tracking the time an agent spends on all the tasks required to close a transaction, Stellar said in a news release.

"By visualizing agent activity, from showings and negotiations to market analysis and closing milestones, clients can clearly see the hours of expertise agents invest per transaction, not just generalizations," Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen explained.

"By offering this product to all Stellar MLS customers, we're continuing our commitment to provide tools that drive success, differentiation, and long-term client relationships for our Stellar community," Cowen added.

CubiCasa to help NextHome meet 'floor plan on every listing' goal

NextHome, a national franchisor, is aiming to give buyers what they want: floor plans. The brokerage company announced that it has set a goal to include floor plans on all of its listings by July 1, 2026.

The floor plan initiative, powered by the property scanning company CubiCasa, is being driven in part by an increase in the number of MLSs that now require floor plans for listings — but it's also an opportunity for agents to show their value, according to NextHome CEO James Dwiggins.

"This is an important move, not just for our company, but for the future of our industry," Dwiggins said in a news release. "If agents want to be paid what they're worth, they need to continue to raise their value proposition. According to the most recent NAR homebuyer survey, floor plans are the third most requested tool in the search process. This is one simple, powerful way to do it."

CubiCasa President Jeff Allen called NextHome's initiative a "shining example of what leadership looks like in this industry," adding: "Consumers win when listings are more complete, and NextHome is making sure their agents are leading that charge."

FMLS adopts RentEdge: RentSpree's newest MLS product, introduced in June, has found its first partner. Georgia-based First MLS has added RentEdge, a full-scale rental engagement and analysis platform, to its subscriber toolkit. "Rentals have become a vital part of the real estate market nationally," Jeremy Crawford, FMLS president and CEO, said in a news release. "Many agents, brokers, and their clients own investment property, and they need top-tier tools to analyze those rental units, market them, vet potential renters, and foster an ongoing relationship with current and past rental customers," he added, calling RentEdge "the next-generation rental platform that our industry has been waiting for."

Mosaik signs 3 new partnerships: Mosaik, a real estate technology company offering a self-described Client Experience Platform, is gaining momentum. The firm announced a deal with Tennessee's Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) this week — its first association partnership — and was recently added to EXIT Realty's marketplace as a Premier Partner, and to LeadingRE's Solutions Group as a preferred partner. In a news release, Mosaik CEO Sheila Reddy said the WCAR partnership "is about helping agents strengthen what already makes them great, while giving them the tools to compete, grow, and lead in a digital-first world."

New accounting software available to LeadingRE members: In addition to adding Mosaik to its Solutions Group, LeadingRE has also welcomed AccountTECH as a partner. "AccountTECH's darwin.Cloud is a back-office solution that prioritizes efficiency, while placing your business at the center of everything they do."
