C-suite changes at MoxiWorks continued this week as the proptech company welcomed Kim Koraca to its leadership team.

Kim Koraca, Chief Marketing Officer, MoxiWorks

The marketing veteran, who will serve as MoxiWorks' new chief marketing officer, brings over 20 years of experience and a background in boosting real estate tech brands.

A leader at some of proptech's heavy hitters: Koraca most recently held the CMO role at eZmax, a Canadian company providing back-office products for real brokerages, and its eZsign business. She was previously the vice president of marketing communications and brands at Constellation1 and held marketing leadership roles at Lone Wolf Technologies, according to a press release. She also leads her own firm, Kim Koraca Consulting, and contracted with MoxiWorks prior to her appointment.

Joining MoxiWorks "is an opportunity I couldn't resist," said Koraca, who added that she is excited to drive "go-to-market strategy alongside such a smart, dedicated group of people." She praised MoxiWorks' embrace of new technology, declaring that the company "is redefining real estate marketing with an AI-driven platform that delivers unmatched value to brokers, agents and teams."

Supporting expansion goals: Koraca "is an expert when it comes to scaling marketing organizations and transforming how brands show up in the market," MoxiWorks CEO Eric Elfman said. "She knows the real estate tech landscape inside and out and has led organizations through growth, transformation and competitive differentiation."

Soon after Elfman was hired in June 2024, he said disrupting the proptech industry and outperforming competitors were among his key goals; Koraca's appointment appears to align with those priorities.

Koraca is joining the company as it eyes opportunities for expansion, which her decades of experience in marketing will support, the release said. Other recent leadership moves at MoxiWorks include promoting Dave Greenbaum to chief customer officer and hiring Chris Choi to serve as CFO.
