Realty of America picks up 300-agent indie

Chamberlain Realty, an Oklahoma-based brokerage that has closed over $3 billion in sales since launching in 2017, has joined Realty of America.

The 300-agent firm is led by broker/owner Grant Wortman, who oversees its three offices and serves clients in the Oklahoma City metro area. He will now help guide Realty of America's expansion into the state.

Joining ROA, which launched in September 2024 and has since moved into 19 states, is an exciting opportunity for Wortman because it "connects us with top producers across the country so we can mastermind together and solve problems quickly and in real time, instead of operating in isolation," he said in a news release.

Realty of America Co-founder and President Mark Dimas pointed to the success of Wortman's business, explaining that it "reflects the entrepreneurial mindset, discipline, and work ethic we value."

"As we continue to expand nationally, our focus remains on supporting amazing leaders who want to operate within a national framework while retaining the way they run their business," Dimas said.

$500M team joins Corcoran affiliate

The Shorb Team, a three-member team serving clients in the Washington, D.C., area, has aligned with Corcoran McEnearney. The team brings over three decades of combined experience and has a collective career sales volume of nearly $500 million, according to a news release.

Mother-and-son duo Ellie Shorb and Jack Shorb comprise the team alongside Director of Client Experience Justin Kelley. Jack Shorb, who leads the group, credited his mother with teaching him the business by sharing what she's learned during her more than 20 years in the real estate industry.

Jack Shorb said his "purposely boutique" team values local market expertise and a hands-on client approach, both of which help them get results.

"I have worked to expand the network and reputation my family built while creating new opportunities for our clients," he said.

"With the support of Corcoran McEnearney's best-in-class marketing, technology, and transaction management, we are able to stay fully focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional results and an elevated client experience."

ERA grows in Colorado, Texas

In Colorado, ERA Real Estate has picked up Regents Real Estate Group, a new affiliate that will now do business as Regents Real Estate Group ERA Powered. The Cortez-based brokerage serves clients in the state's southwestern region.

Paul Adams, Broker/Owner, Regents Real Estate Group ERA Powered

Broker/owner Paul Adams, who brings nearly a decade of local real estate experience, will continue to lead the formerly independent firm. Adams said in a news release that he was looking for ways to grow his business and found in ERA Real Estate "a wealth of opportunity to develop in meaningful ways."

"The tools, technology and platforms at our disposal will create greater efficiencies and allow us more time to spend with our clients," he added.

The ERA network will support the firm's recruiting efforts and provide agents with new training and marketing opportunities. These new tools will help Adams and his agents "thrive and provide person-focused, personalized service to an even wider range of clients," ERA Real Estate President Alex Vidal said.

In Texas, Austin-based Sprout Realty ERA Powered has acquired 24Fifteen Realty. The two-office firm that boasts nearly 100 agents will now do business as 24Fifteen ERA Powered.

Kenny Conoley, Designated Supervisor/Branch Manager, 24Fifteen ERA Powered

Kenny Conoley, who co-founded 24Fifteen Realty and served as CEO, will stay with the firm as its designated supervisor and branch manager. Conoley brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience and built the firm with an emphasis on "integrity, mentorship and excellence," according to a news release.

That reputation helps clients "feel confident and supported every step of the way," Conoley said, adding that joining Sprout Realty ERA Powered "provides incredible opportunities for our agents as they tap into the power of ERA's extensive suite of business-building tools, technology and platforms to elevate their clients' experience and help bring their business to the next level."

By acquiring 24Fifteen, Sprout Realty ERA Powered is now expanding into the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The brokerage is eyeing future growth in the state and plans to open new offices in Plano, Frisco and Fort Worth over the next three years.

The Agency has opened a new office in Tulsa, its second in Oklahoma. Wyatt Poindexter and Wayne Kirby, who are already the firm's managing partners in Oklahoma City, will also lead the new location. Tulsa is "one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets in the region" and provides a "compelling next step" in The Agency's expansion in the state, CEO and Founder Mauricio Umansky said in a news release.

The brokerage also announced a new development at its office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Frank DiMaggio, a producer with over $500 million in career sales, will now lead the office as its managing partner.
