SERHANT introduces founding agents for Boston expansion
This week, SERHANT named the five founding agents of its first entry into the Boston market: Michael L. Carucci, Antonio Khoury, Jorge Sariego, Kyle Farrell and Joe Albano.
Each of the agents brings "a proven track record of high-volume sales," according to a news release, as well as local market expertise and a commitment to growing the company through AI and social media. SERHANT has built its brand as an AI-first brokerage with more than 10 million social media followers, the company noted.
In January, the global real estate brand announced the launch of its Boston office, which marked the final leg of its expansion into all major East Coast cities. The founding members will lead a roster of more than 30 agents who achieved a combined sales volume of more than $600 million in 2025.
"Launching SERHANT in Boston is a milestone for me personally and a key moment in our national expansion," SERHANT Founder and CEO Ryan Serhant said in a press release. "We're proud to enter the market with a group of founding agents who represent the very best of Boston real estate."
Boston is the first of several market launches SERHANT has planned for 2026, the company said.
The Agency enters West Virginia, gains record-breaking agent in Beverly Hills
The Agency Morgantown officially launched this week, marking the global brokerage's first office in West Virginia. The move is part of the brokerage's continued expansion across U.S. markets with "significant growth potential," according to a company news release.
"Morgantown stands out as a market where lifestyle, accessibility, and long-term growth intersect," The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky said in the announcement. The location's managing partner, Ryan Bashour, added that Morgantown offers "unparalleled access to the outdoors, from hiking and river recreation to skiing just a short drive away."
In 2025, The Agency launched 27 offices, reaching a new milestone of 150 offices across 14 countries — and the brokerage has more openings on the horizon this year.
On the opposite coast, The Agency Beverly Hills announced that Justin Alexander has officially come on board as the firm's estates director.
Alexander has more than two decades of residential sales and finance experience under his belt, including at Hilton & Hyland and Hilton Hilton, where he was responsible for over $400 million in personal sales. He also oversaw more than $1.8 billion in local sales volume during his tenure at the firms.
With a focus on high-end homes, Alexander has broken multiple market records, including the sale of the most expensive unit ever sold in Downtown LA's Arts District, and the $14.6 million sale of the "Californication" house — the highest price ever recorded in Venice Beach, according to the company.
