Editor's note: As an industry with millions of agents and over 100,000 brokerage companies, new leaders rise to the top every day. Here we highlight executives and other notable leaders who've recently taken on, or stepped away from, roles that influence the residential real estate landscape.

Lacey Conway moves up at HomeServices

HomeServices of America has named Lacey Conway senior vice president, an expanded role that will position her to work with top company leaders to support growth, culture and recruiting.

Conway, who brings over two decades of real estate leadership experience to the role, joined the HomeServices family of companies earlier this year when she was tapped as president of Long & Foster Real Estate. She previously led M&A efforts at Compass and served for more than six years as CEO of Latter & Blum, which Compass acquired in 2024.

In her new role, Conway will focus on strengthening the company's value proposition and supporting long-term performance across its brokerage network, according to a news release.

"One would be hard-pressed to find a residential real estate brokerage executive with Lacey's depth and breadth of experience," said Chris Kelly, president and CEO of HomeServices. "Her trajectory has been extraordinary, and we are all extremely pleased to have her support our many enterprise initiatives."

Conway said she is "humbled by the opportunity to work alongside what I believe to be the industry's most prolific, experienced leadership team," said Conway, adding that Kelly "has pieced together a senior team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience, who are working to further both the customer and agent experience alike."

The move is part of a broader reshuffling that includes Candace Adams' transition to a senior advisor role. Adams had served as executive vice president since May 2025 — a position she stepped into when Kelly took the helm at HomeServices a year ago.

ENRG Realty elevates industry pro to executive role

ENRG Realty has promoted Donnie Pingaro to serve as chief brokerage officer as the cloud-based brokerage sets its sights on nationwide expansion.

Pingaro brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role. He previously founded Ocean Insiders, built ISG Asia and most recently helped Side expand along the East Coast through the formation of 125 Florida-based boutique brokerages, according to a news release.

Pingaro joined ENRG in May 2025 as managing director of brokerage services. In his new position, he will oversee national brokerage strategy for the firm, which currently operates in 17 states, including Hawaii.

"Donnie has been obsessed with building this model the right way since the day he joined us," said Erinn Nobel, who co-founded ENRG with husband Peter a little over two years ago.

"As we move into year two with a lot of runway ahead, Donnie in this role means our agents will feel the difference in ways that actually matter," she added.
