Keller Williams hires investment manager for new CRO role

Keller Williams Realty appointed Christopher Brodhead as chief revenue officer, a new role focused on aligning growth strategy across the company's ecosystem, the franchise giant announced today.

Brodhead will lead revenue initiatives aimed at supporting affiliated agents, franchises and leadership, with an emphasis on coordinating business development and scaling growth efforts, according to a news release.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, investor relations and business development, most recently serving as principal and chief growth officer at Alesco Advisors. His background also includes roles at Benefit Street Partners and Broadstone Real Estate, where he worked on growth and capital formation strategies. Keller Williams said the new position is intended to unify revenue-driving functions and support long-term expansion.

"Adding Chris to the team will help us further drive what matters most, our agents and their ability to grow and succeed at the highest level," CEO and President Chris Czarnecki said in the announcement.

Brodhead elaborated on that sentiment, highlighting KW's "rare" quality of being "a company deeply grounded in the success of its people," adding: "KW is a company built on models, systems, and values that put people first. I'm honored to be part of the next chapter."

Looking ahead, Brodhead said, "the opportunity in front of us is not to reinvent what already works, but to explore additional avenues of growth."

Elliman taps marketing exec to head national brokerage operations

Douglas Elliman has named Lena Johnson its president of national brokerage, a move aimed at strengthening its luxury market position and agent performance, the company announced today.

Johnson's hiring follows the appointment of Areeje Akhtar Oriol as chief of staff earlier this month.

Johnson, who has held leadership roles with luxury brands across multiple industries, will oversee brokerage operations nationwide and report to CEO Michael Liebowitz. Her mandate includes expanding the firm's presence in key luxury markets, improving agent productivity and modernizing brokerage infrastructure while attracting top talent.

She was most recently chief marketing officer at ONE Sotheby's International Realty and previously served as VP of marketing and head of luxury at Compass. Prior to her real estate industry roles, she held senior leadership positions at Vogue. Johnson's background across real estate, media and lifestyle brands aligns with Elliman's focus on high-end clients and agent support, the brokerage said.

"Lena understands the luxury consumer at the highest level and has repeatedly built businesses that attract elite talent and deliver elevated client experiences" — qualities that position Douglas Elliman "to lead the next era of luxury brokerage," Liebowitz said in a news release.

Johnson praised Elliman's "extraordinary brand," adding that "by investing in our agents and delivering a more elevated, personalized experience, we can continue to be the brokerage of choice for the world's most discerning clients."

CIH appoints sales pro as director of home sale strategy

Compass International Holdings (CIH) named Greg Hague its director of home sale strategy, aiming to expand agent tools and seller outcomes across its network, CIH said in a press release.

Hague, founder of 72SOLD — a program designed to sell homes quickly and for a higher price through targeted social media marketing and "coming soon" strategies, according to the company — brings more than 50 years of experience spanning brokerage, law and real estate strategy. In his new role, he will focus on home positioning, marketing, showing strategy and negotiation, with training made available at no cost to agents across the company's brands.

CIH said agents can choose whether to adopt and how to apply the strategies, which are designed to complement existing listing marketing efforts and support stronger seller results.

"My passion has always been helping real estate professionals unlock what's possible for the clients they serve," Hague said.

"Greg and I share a belief that the future of this industry is one where agents are empowered to lead, and sellers have more choice in how their homes are marketed and sold," CIH Chairman and CEO Robert Reffkin added.

The company said both hires are intended to strengthen performance and support growth across Texas markets.
