Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Lone Wolf adds AI tools to BrokerMetrics platform

Lone Wolf Technologies has introduced a new phase of artificial intelligence capabilities for its BrokerMetrics platform to help real estate brokers improve agent recruitment and retention.

The initial release, called Talent, introduces an AI assistant named Aspen that is designed to identify recruiting prospects, flag flight-risk signals from current agents and answer broker inquiries in plain English. The system utilizes licensed MLS data to evaluate agent production patterns, build recruitment pitches and map expansion opportunities within specific territories, according to a news release.

"We're investing in AI and the future of BrokerMetrics," said Lone Wolf's new CEO, Matt Fischer. "Our data has always been among the best in the industry. Now it's much easier to act on, and this is just the beginning."

Talent will be available this fall, with early access registration currently open for brokerages.

Unlock MLS partnership boosts market intelligence

Property data platform Repliers has formed a strategic partnership with Unlock MLS to give real estate professionals in Austin, Texas, secure access to Central Texas market intelligence.

The integration allows subscribers to use modern application programming interfaces for AI-assisted coding, streamlining workflows and building custom solutions. Unlock MLS subscribers can begin building products with sample data by registering for a free account online, according to a news release.

"AI products are only as good as the data they can access, and Repliers unlocks the full strength of the MLS's complete market record in a seamless, secure way," Repliers CEO Rhett Damon said.

"As AI reshapes how real estate data is used, this partnership with Repliers gives our subscribers a secure path to put that data to work by powering new technology, streamlining workflows, and building AI-powered solutions without exposing it to scraping, misuse, or uncontrolled release," added Emily Girard, CEO of Unlock MLS.

The expansion follows Repliers' existing data infrastructure partnerships with MARIS MLS and the Houston Association of Realtors.

Constant Contact joins LeadingRE's Solutions Group

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) has added digital marketing platform Constant Contact to its preferred business resources program.

The partnership allows independent brokerages and agents within LeadingRE's global network of over 500 real estate firms to utilize Constant Contact's marketing technology, which features email, text messaging, social media and lead capture systems. The platform includes automated follow-up and AI content creation tools designed to integrate with the software agents currently use, according to a news release.

Stephanie Alfonso, senior director of vertical integration at Constant Contact, described the partnership as "a natural fit," adding that Constant Contact "helps amplify" the local expertise, trusted relationships and services independent brokerages provide "with world-class email deliverability, automation, SMS, and digital marketing tools that fit into the workflows agents already use."

ERA Key Realty Services launches redesigned site

Massachusetts-based ERA Key Realty Services, part of the HUNT Real Estate ERA family of companies, has launched a new digital platform to improve its online presence as part of an expanded partnership with real estate technology provider RELIANCEai.

The updated website includes hyperlocal community pages that provide neighborhood data and local insights. It also features an MLS-driven property search with interactive maps, alongside a new SEO framework designed to maximize the brokerage's visibility across New England, according to a news release.

RELIANCEai, which has partnered with HUNT Real Estate ERA since 2019, "already understood our business, our goals and the experience we wanted to create for both consumers and our sales professionals, making the transition seamless," said Dan Mirsky, chief marketing officer for HUNT Real Estate Corporation.
