ARMLS appoints new CEO; REMAX adds VP of luxury

New CEO joining ARMLS in November

Following a monthslong search, Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) has announced that Jeff Bosch will serve as its next CEO. Bosch will pick up the mantle from outgoing CEO Matt Consalvo, who plans to retire after 14 years leading the MLS.

Bosch will join ARMLS after nearly five years as CEO of IRES MLS in northern Colorado. He previously held MLS leadership roles at MARIS MLS and at the Council of Multiple Listing Services, and earlier in his career worked as an agent and local manager at Coldwell Banker Gundaker, according to a news release.

Consalvo said the ARMLS network will be "in great hands" with Bosch. "I'm confident he will lead ARMLS successfully into its next chapter," he added.

Bosch, who said it "is an honor to be selected" as the MLS's next CEO, praised ARMLS as a recognized industry leader. "I look forward to building on that strong foundation and beginning this next chapter with the ARMLS team, its subscribers and the communities it serves."

Bosch will officially step into the CEO role in November, the MLS said. He will be joining an organization that earlier this year adopted an independent board model, with that board's first members appointed last month.

REMAX adds new VP of luxury

REMAX has announced that Michael Altneu is joining the franchisor as vice president of luxury. Altneu most recently held the same title at Coldwell Banker Realty and also held leadership roles during two separate years-long stints at Douglas Elliman.

Altneu is bringing to his new role a "bold vision" for REMAX's luxury division, according to a company blog post announcing his appointment. He aims to explore new partnership opportunities, boost brand visibility and expand offered services, among other goals.

REMAX President and Chief Growth Officer Chris Lim praised Altneu's "background, skills and customer-first mindset," which Lim predicted "will have a major impact on REMAX luxury specialists and the entire REMAX luxury operation."

"He's laser-focused on elevating the REMAX luxury experience and creating new opportunities for luxury agents, teams and brokerages," Lim added.

Altneu said there is "significant opportunity to build on the power, scale and global reach of the REMAX network while giving REMAX agents an even stronger competitive advantage in the luxury market."

"By creating new resources, relationships and opportunities for growth, we can elevate the experience for the REMAX brand's luxury professionals and position The REMAX Collection for an incredibly exciting future," he added.
