Rechat launches platform for building AEO websites
Rechat has launched Rechat Websites, a website platform that connects brokerage, team and agent sites with the company's existing marketing, CRM and transaction tools.
The sites are answer-engine optimized (AEO), which means they are primed for discovery by AI chatbots, and populated using a brokerage's existing roster information, listings and other data already stored in Rechat. With Rechat Websites, brokerage, team and agent sites — as well as individual listing pages — exist as part of the same system rather than separate website products, according to a news release.
Agent sites automatically display listings, sales history, biographies and client reviews from Testimonials, a product Rechat unveiled over the summer. Leads generated through brokerage websites flow into Rechat's CRM, where administrators can monitor follow-up activity, while leads from agent sites are routed directly to the respective agent.
"Website vendors in real estate have bolted on marketing and CRM integrations," Rechat Chief Technology Officer Emil Sedgh said. "With Rechat Websites they're connected to the same data and brand the brokerage runs on, displayed on mobile, and the web."
CubiCasa opens pathway for faster floor plan delivery
CubiCasa and Restb.ai are offering qualifying MLS organizations complimentary rush processing for CubiCasa floor plans, an option that the firms said could potentially benefit as many as 500,000 agents and brokers.
The offering is initially available to the 30 MLSs that already participate in CubiCasa's MLS Partnership Program and subscribe to Restb.ai's AI tagging services. Eligible users can receive floor plans in less than 12 hours instead of the standard 24-hour delivery window, the companies said.
This option is intended to support same-day listing preparation by helping agents prepare listings faster. MLS organizations that already work with either of the two companies can qualify for the benefit when they add the other service.
"Speed matters when an agent is getting a listing ready for market," CubiCasa President Jeff Allen said in a news release. "Providing same-day delivery for more listings helps more agents get their listings to market faster."
Lofty launches MCP server to support brokerage AI connections
Lofty has launched an MCP server that enables brokerages to connect the proptech firm's platform with compatible AI tools, proprietary data and custom workflows, the company announced this week.
The server, called the Lofty MCP Server, provides a standardized connection between Lofty and external AI clients while maintaining authentication and access controls. Brokerages can connect their own AI agents without needing to write custom integration code, allowing those AI agents to retrieve information, analyze business activity and, when authorized, take actions within Lofty.
Lofty AOS already includes AI agents that can identify opportunities, determine next steps and execute workflows. The Lofty MCP Server expands those capabilities by allowing brokerages to bring additional AI tools and business context into the same platform, according to a news release.
"Brokerage leaders understand the transformational power of AI, but AI is only as valuable as the business context it can access," Lofty CEO Joe Chen said. With its new MCP Server, Lofty is now "making that intelligence securely accessible to the AI agents our customers choose to use."

AppFolio has expanded its Realm-X generative AI tool and its Performance Platform for property managers with new AI capabilities. The updated Realm-X can remember prior conversations, draw on customer documents and policies, and turn natural-language prompts into workflows or dashboards, while the expanded Realm-X Performer suite now features a Receptionist Performer that answers calls, handles routine questions and routes other requests to the appropriate person or AI tool. These updates bolster efficiency and make "better performance" possible "for teams, residents, and investors," Chief Product Officer Kyle Triplett said in a news release.
Showhomes has introduced ShowSuite, a proprietary operating platform designed to consolidate core business functions for the luxury home staging company's franchisees and to provide a more connected experience for customers. The platform was designed "to give our franchisees the visibility, insights and operational support they need to make better-informed decisions and improve the drivers of their profitability," Showhomes CEO Al Salas said in a news release. ShowSuite brings client and agent relationship management, project scheduling, inventory tracking, proposals, payments and business reporting into one system. It also includes pricing recommendations and ROI models intended to help franchisees evaluate staging decisions, manage inventory and improve close rates, the company said.
