Rechat announces new partnership with Nest Realty
AI-powered Rechat announced this week a new integration with Nest Realty, bringing a major technology upgrade to the independent firm's more than 500 agents across six states.
By embedding Rechat's mobile-first platform into its core tech stack, Nest aims to simplify operations and boost agent productivity by eliminating the need for disconnected tools, the companies said. Rechat, which recently marked its 10-year anniversary, describes its product as a "super app" that allows agents to support all aspects of their business from their phone.
"We realized we needed a tech partner innovating on our behalf, one that could handle today's needs while building toward the future of AI," Jonathan Kauffmann, CEO of Nest Realty, said in the announcement. "Rechat gave us that opportunity."
Previously reliant on a proprietary suite of tools, Nest made the switch after extensive agent feedback and leadership review, according to a news release. The Rechat integration provides centralized access to CRM, marketing, transaction management and AI capabilities in a unified platform — supporting Nest's goal to help its agents spend less time juggling tools and more time focusing on serving clients and building their businesses.
"Rechat stood out immediately. It's incredibly powerful," said Jim Duncan, partner and associate broker at Nest Realty.
Several components of Rechat's platform were selected as "best in class" in T3 Sixty's 2025 Tech 200 list of top technology products. (Note: Real Estate News is an editorially independent division of T3 Sixty.)
Opendoor launches app for agent partners
Following directly on the heels of the rebranding and expansion of its agent partnership program, Opendoor has launched its new Key Agent app, giving participating real estate agents a more precise way to deliver cash offers to home sellers — often within just two days — and close more business, the company said.
The app aims to simplify the home assessment process by guiding agents room-by-room and enabling offline functionality for areas with poor connectivity. By streamlining assessments and improving data quality, it also strengthens Opendoor's AI-driven valuation models, the company noted.
"We built the Key Agent app to directly address common feedback from agents and serve as a reliable, one-stop-shop for our partners," Nick Boniakowski, Head of Agent Partnerships at Opendoor, said in the announcement. "We're committed to simplifying the real estate transaction for everyone involved."
Currently available via invitation to iPhone users in the Key Agent program, the app will expand to more agents and platforms in the future. The launch complements Opendoor's broader Key Connections initiative focused on agent empowerment and seller support.
ATTOM unveils cloud-based integration
ATTOM has announced that its real estate data is now available on Snowflake, a popular cloud-based platform used for data storage and analysis.
By integrating with Snowflake, users can now work directly with ATTOM's property data — such as ownership information, taxes, transaction history and neighborhood insights — making it easier to run data analysis and get useful results, according to a news release.
The integration "reflects our commitment to empowering clients with faster, smarter ways to work with property data," Todd Teta, ATTOM's chief product and technology officer said in the announcement. "This is just the beginning."
ATTOM is also offering more options for data delivery via high-performance file formats that can better handle large or complex datasets, especially when dealing with maps and other location-based information like property boundaries, the company said.
The Snowflake launch and file-delivery updates underscore ATTOM's goal of providing high-quality property data to customers across the real estate, financial services and government sectors.

Realtor.com offers property tax assessment tech: Ownwell, a company that handles property tax monitoring and appeals, is now offering its services to Realtor.com users via the platform's My Home dashboard. The integration aims to help the site's visitors save on property taxes, which reached $3,500 for the median home last year, according to Realtor.com data.
"Property taxes are a growing concern for millions of Americans, yet there's limited awareness about available resources and ways to combat these rising costs," Ownwell CEO Colton Pace said in a press release. "This collaboration represents a major step forward in our mission to make real estate ownership costs more equitable and transparent."
Gannett backs home search site: One of the country's largest newspaper publishers is providing a home for a new online real estate portal thanks to its new partnership with AddressUSA. Listings through AddressUSA will now appear beside articles published by Gannett's over 200 local outlets, as well as those circulated by the company's national flagship publication USA Today.
"Our mission is to deliver the content our communities need and want," Gannet Chairman and CEO Mike Reed said in a press release. "AddressUSA will enable us to drive further audience growth and engagement, enhancing the overall experience for readers to be inspired by what's available in their local market."
RentSpree partners with Hive MLS: RentSpree is expanding access to its rental software through a new alliance with Hive MLS, its fifth working partnership in North Carolina and Georgia. The technology will be embedded within the Hive MLS platform, which supports more than 19,000 brokers and appraisers in the Southeast.
The partnership, which follows the launch of RentSpree's RentEdge platform last month, will help agents "move faster, work smarter, and better serve their clients in the growing rental space," Hive MLS CEO Daniel Jones said in a press release. Hive MLS subscribers will be able to access RentSpree's tools for free.
Deal Connect launches new AI tool: Deal Connect, a platform geared toward real estate investors, has introduced two new offerings aimed at streamlining the home search process.
DAISI, Deal Connect's new AI technology, "pulls fresh data, runs instant calculations, and even suggests the right strategy" for transactions, according to a press release. "It's like having an expert team and a virtual analyst working around the clock," the company explained.
Deal Connect also launched Property Pulse, a tool that "plugs investors directly into the heartbeat of the MLS" by flagging listings that have been on the market for long periods of time and may be in need of "deals that require creative structuring."
