Rechat streamlines marketing design with new integration
The all-in-one platform for real estate pros is now linked to Figma, a popular design tool, enabling faster distribution of visual assets to agents and teams.
Another real estate company is upping its visual marketing game with the launch of new design tools.
Rechat, which offers a self-described "super app" for agents and brokerages, has unveiled a new integration with Figma, a popular collaborative design platform, the company announced today. It's the first Figma integration in real estate marketing, according to Rechat.
The move follows Keller Williams' industry-first partnership with Canva, another leading design platform, announced in June. Anywhere Real Estate joined the party two months later with its own Canva deal.
The marketing push: Brokerages appear to be leaning into marketing and branding as a way to differentiate themselves in a tough housing market. One example? In addition to partnering with Canva, KW hired a new chief marketing officer earlier this month.
Rechat already offers marketing tools and templates, but the latest integration will allow marketing teams to leverage Figma's robust design capabilities and push those designs directly into Rechat Studio, where agents and brokers can immediately use them for marketing and branding.
'Faster, stronger, better': "Speed and consistency are the two biggest challenges in real estate marketing," Rechat CTO Emil Sedgh noted in a press release. The Figma integration, he said, eliminates a "major friction point for brokerages."
"It's the perfect bridge between creativity and execution," added Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi. "You design it in Figma and it goes live in Rechat the same day, sometimes the same hour. For brokerages, that means faster campaigns, stronger branding, and a better agent experience."
Streamlining tasks and improving speed of execution is the goal behind much of Rechat's software. When talking to Real Estate News earlier this month about the company's innovations, Hamidi shared one of Rechat's aphorisms: "Internally, we have a saying: 'We went from 90 days to 90 seconds.'"
From beta to launch: Rechat initially tested the Figma integration with a handful of brokerages and teams, receiving positive feedback regarding adoption and execution time. The design platform is now available to all Rechat users.
