Jenna Rozenblat is slated to become president of Real REMAX Group, the new company to be formed once The Real Brokerage closes on its acquisition of REMAX Holdings. The deal could be wrapped up by the end of the month.

Who is Jenna Rozenblat? Rozenblat was introduced as the combined company's incoming president during this week's 2026 REMAX Broker Owner Conference, according to a recording obtained by Real Estate News.

Rozenblat currently oversees Real's daily operations as chief operating officer, a position she has held for about three years. She was also appointed chief integration officer in conjunction with the acquisition announcement in April.

She joined the cloud-based brokerage in early 2023 as executive vice president of operations and was promoted a few months later to the COO role.

Rozenblat has over 15 years of experience in program management, operations and customer service, and she previously held leadership positions at real estate and tech companies including Village Realty, Orchard, Yodle and others.

"Jenna has been an exceptional leader during her tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Real, and we look forward to her continued impact should the deal close as expected," a Real spokesperson told Real Estate News.

Other executive changes at REMAX: At this week's conference, REMAX's current president and chief growth officer, Chris Lim, announced that he and Executive Vice President of Strategy Travis Saxton will not be staying with the company as it enters its next phase.

It has also been announced internally that REMAX CEO Erik Carlson intends to step down once the transaction closes but will serve on the new Real REMAX board.

When will the deal close? Real first announced its plans to buy the major franchisor in late April. The $880 million deal cleared federal regulatory reviews by mid-July and received shareholder approval last week.

In an Aug. 14 announcement, Real and REMAX said the acquisition is on track to close, pending approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia and other customary closing conditions. The deal could close within the next two weeks.
