Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Roomvu launches free tool to assess AI search visibility

Roomvu has announced the launch of Found, a free tool designed to show real estate professionals how they appear across Google and AI assistants. Found also provides a prioritized plan for improving their visibility, according to a news release.

The tool evaluates profile consistency across channels and assesses an agent's review presence and search visibility. It then produces a channel-by-channel scorecard and an assessment of how AI tools describe the agent. Its recommendations include identifying conflicting profile information, highlighting review gaps and generating localized questions that buyers and sellers are searching for online, the company said.

Found is designed around the growing role of AI assistants in professional discovery, as consumers increasingly seek recommendations via AI rather than search for a specific individual by name. Roomvu said the tool measures relevant signals in about 60 seconds and does not require users to log in.

The free tool is available for use by real estate agents, mortgage brokers, insurance agents and financial advisors.

Lofty offers AI-optimized website, lead gen platform

Lofty has launched its own tool focused on how agents appear in search. Lofty Front, a concierge-built IDX website, is designed to help real estate agents improve local search visibility and convert online visitors into leads. The platform is available as a standalone product but can also connect with Lofty AOS.

Lofty Front combines custom branding, live IDX listings, automated blog and social publishing, lead capture and follow-up, according to a news release.

Websites can be built in less than one month, following a three-step process covering market discovery, hyperlocal site development and launch, the company said. Each site includes dedicated pages for neighborhoods an agent serves, with content designed for Google and AI search. Lofty said its SEO team monitors citations across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overview and continuously adjusts content as part of its Answer Engine Optimization approach.

The platform can connect to more than 500 MLS boards across North America and is designed to work with other technology stacks.

RealReports undergoes redesign, bolsters AI assistant capabilities

RealReports has unveiled what it describes as a Business Momentum Engine: a complete design overhaul and the transformation of its AI assistant, Aiden, into an agentic tool. The proptech company said the changes reflect its "most significant evolution to date."

The redesigned platform — which combines Aiden, nationwide property intelligence and business-building applications — is built on property data covering more than 150 million U.S. properties from more than 100 sources, according to a news release. Its applications include RealReports for property intelligence, Prospector for identifying opportunities, RealCMA for pricing strategies and Pulse for repeat and referral business.

Aiden works across those applications and connected systems, retaining context as agents move between properties and workflows. It can identify signals, recommend next steps and prepare multi-step actions for agent review, with controls requiring approval before consequential activities like communications or purchases, the company said.

RealReports noted that the platform can connect with existing tools, including email, calendars, CRMs, cloud storage and transaction management systems. After partnering with more than 50 MLSs and brokerages in 2025, the company said it expects to make its offerings available to a majority of U.S. agents by the end of this year.

ATTOM has introduced the ATTOM Home Price Index, a machine learning-powered tool that provides residential price trends and forecasts from the national level to census blocks. The addition expands ATTOM Intelligence's Valuation Analytics offerings for organizations involved in real estate, mortgage, financial services, insurance and technology. The index, which will be updated monthly, draws on more than 30 years of historical property information and validated residential transactions to provide historical home price trends and forecasts extending up to 36 months, according to a news release.

Assigns.com has launched as a nationwide real estate software platform that combines property research, owner information, AI-powered comps, deal analysis, contact management and property marketing in one system. The Dallas-based company said the platform provides access to information on more than 150 million residential and commercial properties across the U.S. Users can search for individual properties or build targeted lists based on specified criteria, such as vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, tax delinquencies and absentee owners, according to a news release. The platform also provides available owner phone numbers and email addresses, along with tools for list management and skip tracing.

Clearbox has announced that its property data capture platform, BoxLi, has entered into a new partnership with Restb.ai to marry BoxLi's offerings with the proptech company's computer vision capabilities. The companies said the integration is designed to provide standardized property data and AI-driven insights earlier in appraisal and valuation workflows. The partnership "will allow seamless collection of complex data sets, lower data collection costs and increase credibility in the process," Clearbox CEO Joan Trice said in a news release.
