A ‘defining moment’ for RealReports; BeachesMLS adopts Roomvo
RealReports announces its 50th deal of 2025; BeachesMLS offers a new AI visualization platform. Plus, Property Shield partners with Doorify; RentSpree expands.
Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
RealReports reaches partnership milestone
RealReports has secured a new partnership with New Mexico MLS (NMMLS). The announcement comes a couple of weeks after California Regional MLS expanded its partnership with the AI-driven property intelligence platform and just days after the company said it has raised $1 million from its MLS partners.
Through this deal, NMMLS members will gain access to Aiden, RealReports' AI property advisor. The tool "gives agents the ability to access deep, actionable property intelligence instantly" and is "a true game-changer that will enhance our members' professionalism, confidence, and value to their clients while also generating new business opportunities and leads," NMMLS Executive Director Megan McFarlane said in a news release.
While RealReports said last week that it has already closed over 50 deals in 2025 alone, its partnership with NMMLS is the 50th that it has publicly announced — marking "a defining moment in RealReports' ascension," the release noted.
"Reaching fifty partnerships in a single year is more than a milestone — it's a movement," RealReports Co-founder and COO Zach Gorman said. "MLSs and brokerages are waking up to the fact that modern AI tools like RealReports aren't just nice-to-have — they're necessary to compete."
BeachesMLS offers AI visualization tool
BeachesMLS has announced a new partnership with Roomvo that CEO Dionna Hall said will help agents "elevate their business and the experience they deliver to consumers everyday." Through its deal, BeachesMLS is providing members with Roomvo's AI visualization platform, a tool that allows users to redesign a space virtually using photos they already have of a home. The process takes just seconds, according to a news release.
Roomvo's platform enables agents to virtually swap in new flooring or paint colors to help potential buyers imagine how they can transform an existing space. The tool is now available to BeachesMLS's Matrix subscribers via the OneHome portal.
"When buyers can visualize a space transformed in real time, it builds an emotional connection that leads to more confident decisions and stronger interest," Roomvo Founder and CEO Pawel Rajszel said.
The partnership "is another example of our ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, high-value solutions that keep our members ahead in an evolving market," Hall added.
Doorify integrates fraud detection tech
Doorify is now offering fraud detection at no extra cost to its over 15,300 subscribers in North Carolina. The tech is available as a result of the MLS's new partnership with Property Shield.
The integration provides Doorify subscribers with fraud detection and removal tools that operate in the background to flag unapproved use of listings, agent information and photos, according to a news release. When unauthorized postings are discovered, Property Shield automatically removes them.
There is a "growing threat of real estate fraud," according to Doorify CEO Matt Fowler, which "demands that we equip our subscribers with the best possible tools to protect themselves and their clients."
"By integrating Property Shield's services at no cost to our subscribers, we're delivering tangible value that directly addresses one of the industry's most pressing challenges," Fowler added.
Doorify is the latest organization to integrate Property Shield's tools. In recent months, the tech company has also announced deals with Columbus and Central Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service, REsides and the Waco Association of Realtors.
RentSpree welcomes 2 new RentEdge partners
Three months after signing First MLS as its first RentEdge partner, RentSpree has inked deals with two more organizations.
The Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) and PrimeMLS, which supports 10,000+ members across seven states, have both adopted the cloud-based platform, RentSpree announced this week. After Rhode Island MLS's adoption in September, RentEdge now has four partners following its official launch in June.
RentEdge aims to boost agent efficiency by integrating rental information directly into their MLS workflows, according to a news release. RentEdge "was built to make rentals operate with the same professionalism, efficiency, and sophistication agents expect for sales listings," explained RentSpree Co-founder and CEO Michael Lucarelli.
Through the deals RentEdge has already secured, "we are helping thousands of agents across the country capture rental market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the rental experience for everyone involved," Lucarelli added.
